I'm hoping this hasn't been asked already, and my apologies if it already was explained somewhere, but I now see posts on DDD that have the Lock of "Content locked from Characters under 15" and stuff. Are Characters under 15 allowed to try to break or even ignore these locks (assuming the mun is over 18, I guess) or no?
