-Quorra appears next when Kevin Flynn’s son Sam warps himself into the Grid and gets landed in the Games. She pulls him out of the Lightcycle arena and takes him to chill with his dad. A very awkward moment ensues.
-Sam wants to go save the Grid and get back to the Portal before it closes. Quorra wants him to listen to his dad, but eventually agrees and gives him a magical piece of metal which somehow should lead him to Zuse.
-Zuse ends up being a backstabber and betrays Sam :(
-Flynn and Quorra show up to save him and fight off all these baddies. In the conflict, Quorra’s arm is sliced off and she pretty much goes into a coma.
-Flynn tells Sam Quorra’s the last ISO and fixes her arm. They jump on a Solar Sailer to the Portal. Quorra wakes up and her and Sam talk for a while until Flynn points out that the Solar Sailer is clearly not leading them the right way. They end up in this weird factory for reprogramming Programs into baddies, which is what Clu’s been doing this whole time. He wants to get into the Real World and try to perfect it. He gives basically the same speech that Kevin Flynn does at the beginning of the movie.
-Quorra decides to “take herself out of the equation” and turns herself in to the baddies. Apparently this is to help Sam and Flynn. She gives them her disk and is captured by Rinzler, who Flynn realizes is a reprogrammed Tron.
-Quorra’s about to be derezzed, when Sam shows up and saves her. They jump out the window and meet Flynn on the flight deck, where they take off in a jet that turns blue to remind the entire world that it is now being piloted by the good guys.
-Clu’s Black Guards chase after them. They are all shot down by Sam and Quorra’s awesome jet flying-ness. Flynn just sits there.
-Tron decides he’s a good guy again and attacks Clu. It doesn’t really work too great, though. Tron falls into the Sea of Simulation and turns blue again instead of orange, and Clu manages to beat Flynn, Sam, and Quorra to the Portal.
-Quorra and Sam go to the Portal while Flynn holds Clu off. Flynn’s awesome User powers reintegrate Clu and everything explodes.
-Quorra and Sam ride off into the sunrise on a motorcycle.
