Ayn Rand with the hypocrite and stupid surgically removed. No jokes about how little that leaves, thank you.
To be more serious, and to paraphrase him, greed and ambition are his highest virtues. He honestly beleives that self-interest is good for the species, and that it is in your best interest to promote the well-being of others. You get more wealth, after all, if you build it, and it's easier to build wealth with aid than without. Competition for limited resources is for the public good.
He likes fine wine, fine cigars, good food, classical music, and traditional art - his humble abode is full of tribal art from his native Kenya, as well as European and modern paintings... hello is that a Vermeer? (Well, no, but it is a very nice reproduction from the old Unity datalinks. So many cultural treasures, lost with Earth. A true tragedy.)
He is a friendly, if aggressive, negotiator with a gift for oratory and writing; he adopts a jokey, chummy persona for when he speaks to his shareholder citizens. And I quote him on the Longevity Vaccine: "I plan to live forever, of course, but barring that I'd settle for a couple thousand years. Even five hundred would be pretty nice."
Morgan is the C.E.O. of Morgan Industries. In game terms, he's going to attempt to run the place with a Democratic, Free Market, Wealth-oriented society (and if he lives that long, yay Longevity Vaccine, Eudamoniac) government - because he believes that's the best way to get his people and himself filthy stinking rich. An intellectually free society, with a market that is, on the whole, free of regulations, is the best way to ensure a happy, motivated, productive citizenry, in his opinion.
Other: I am taking Morgan from the beginning of a game, at Planetfall, Mission Year (that is, CE) 2100. He's going to advance rapidly through that.

Nwabudike Morgan || Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri 3/3
Good morning, fellow Ducks. I'm in a rather good mood today; I managed to secure a major contract with one of the Academician's laboratories. I'm not able to give the details, of course; Morgan Labs are under an NDA. But it's very exciting work, cutting edge, with obvious commercial applications.
The blasted mindworms are being fairly quiet, this mission month. Good. They can go eat grenade fruits. Hopefully our latest project can turn them from holy terrors to bloody nusiances, if the Gaians don't beat us to it.
In an attempt to make this a more social post... I'm curious to know your professions, especially if they would be, well, impossible on planet. What jobs are available for a magician, for example? What is work like for a wraith on one of your worlds? Things like that.
You all know my profession, of course.
Third Person:
Accidental video post, GO! This one appears to be a security camera feed from Morgan's boardroom.
"...major movements along the southern border, through the fungal towers whenever possible."
Morgan chuffed. "That'd be a sight. An entire battalion of laser-toting troopers marching through the fungus. I take it they don't know about our sensor towers?"
"No sir. Otherwise they wouldn't bother; the fungus is slowing them down to 10 miles a day."
"Understood. Captain Yue, your thoughts on countermeasures?"
A woman in a military uniform shrugged. "Our rover crews have finished training with the new Scorpion cannons. We're ready to meet them at your convenience."
This met with chuckles from across the board.
"If it becomes neccessary, yes. Do we even know if Miriam is attacking us? Are there other bases in their operational range?"
"Other than the treehuggers, no. And attacking them in fungus is -"
"-Suicidal. Zealous though they are, I doubt those troops are keen on meeting a witch's worms in the middle of fungus, no." Morgan rose. "Very well. Bring your Rovers to them and inform them that they are in violation of our treaty."
"And if they attack anyway?"
"Then their little adventure will end poorly for them. Meeting adjourned."
