Third Person: Prompt #3
Bass walked along the sidewalk at a steady clip, glaring ahead of him with his hands stuffed deep inside the pockets of his jeans. Absorbed in his thoughts as he was, he had to step on the wallet to actually notice it was even there.

Noticing something off in his gait he stopped and glanced down curiously, then rolled his eyes and bent down to pick up the dropped item. Muttering something unintelligible under his breath, mostly likely a word or two over how stupid an idiot it took to lose their wallet of all things, he flicked it open and glanced inside, looking as bored as possible with this whole thing just in case someone glanced his way.

The ID was that of some random human, addressed a few blocks away. There was a library card, a couple of credit cards, and one of those hole punch types from a deli not too far from here. Bass flipped up the ID flap, looking for a moment at the family photograph underneath. A married man, like that told him much else. Sighing he turned the wallet around and glanced at the money slot, taking stock of the bills tucked inside.

A moment later the wallet was spiraling through the air having just been shut and carelessly tossed over his shoulder. It landed near the same spot it was before as Bass walked away, again sliding his hands into his pockets.

"No skin off my nose."
