History:
Draculaura is the "daughter" of Dracula. She was sired 1,599 years ago, and she and her father spent their time wandering around the world. There's not much known about this "early" part of Lala's life, though there's mentions that she's "been everywhere, twice," so suffice it to say, she and Dracula probably did a lot of traveling.
At some point in the 1800's, monsters (called "Regular Attribute Dodgers" or RADs) managed to secure a place of acceptance among the human population, living openly and interacting with the normal humans without persecution. Then came the era of the horror movies. RADs were cast into the roles of vampires, werewolves, monsters and beasts (and in some cases, normal humans played them when they just didn't have the acting chops). Nothing seemed particularly wrong or dangerous to the RADs about this particular development - that is, until the films were released. Once horror movies gained a mainstream popularity, RADs suffered a severe backlash. Because the movies portrayed them as villains and monsters, people developed an immense and almost over-night fear and hatred for their kind. They were fired from their jobs, refused service, and were almost immediately excluded from normal life.
Because of the violence they were facing, Draculaura and her father, along with the majority of the RAD population, moved to Salem in order to start anew. The hope had been that the witches of the Salem witch trials would help hide and protect them; unfortunately, the secret alert for all RADs was sent by a zombie who happened to get Salem, Oregon mixed up with the Salem they had originally planned to go to. By the time the mistake was realized, the RAD population decided to simply plant their roots in Oregon and live hidden in public view. Draculara and her father built a Victorian home and have resided there ever since.
Once it became safe enough and blending tactics had been organized between the RADs, RAD children began attending the local schools, which allowed them to come across as normal people rather than strange recluses of one particular street. During Draculaura's 10th grade, however, the Stein's created a new daughter (yes, they're the Steins, like Frankenstein. Ha ha ha.) named Frankie, who couldn't understand why the RADs were still in hiding. Lala, as well as her friends Clawdeen, Blue and Cleo, end up attending a Monster Mash themed school dance without any of their blending in tactics because of her. Unfortunately, Frankie's plan goes horribly awry when the seams around her neck snap, causing her head to fall off. Because of this, a massive monster alert spreads across Salem, practically perma-banning Lala and her friends. The first novel of the series ends with a cliffhanger, making it impossible to know what will happen to the RAD community in Salem; because of this, I'll be taking her from before the start of the novel.

Personality: Draculaura also goes by Ula D., Lala and just plain La. Even though she's a vampire and has been one for over a thousand years, she still embodies a lot of the teenage trends and attitudes that an normal 15-year-old girl would have. Despite her being a vampire, she's a strict vegan and actually hates even the sight of blood. She's incredibly upbeat and enjoys all the usual peppy 15-year-old girl things, like shopping, keeping up with gossip, hanging out with friends and crushing on boys with a severe case of split personalities. (Yeah, she has a crush on Dr. Jekyll's grandson.) She dresses in bright colors and can actually go outside when it's overcast. She's also usually very cold, and tends to dress warmly because of it. She has a very loyal and friendly personality, and tries hard to make the people around her happy. She also tends to go through phases when it comes to boys, as in both the novel canon and the actual doll canon, she just sort of "gets over" crushes.
Other: Admittedly, I'm getting her age from the doll franchise the novel is based off of; it's unlikely that the novels will touch on it any time soon, and so far they seem to be keeping the general information like this accurate, so I don't think it should cause much of a problem. Besides, she's most likely never going to talk about how old she is.

So today's RAD meeting was totally ridic. For like half an hour, we got lectured by the adults about the proper way to keep the normies from noticing like, my fangs or Blue's webbed fingers and stuff. We hadn't even done anything wrong! The worst thing that happened was Clawdeen got called out for wearing fur during the middle of summer, but it's not like she can just hide it! She has to get waxes for all her fur, what are they expecting? It's hard to look fantastically normal when you're so fangtastically not. I swear, everyone keeps thinking that I have braces or something because of how I talk, and that's just the worst. I don't want to be a braceface for the next thousand years, but nowadays, the second you smile and show your fangs it's all like "are you a vampire or something," "you need braces for real," and then there's an angry mob totally tearing up your vegetable garden! I swore to dad though, after that whole thing in Utah during the Depression that I'd totally keep them hidden. At least he's stopped asking me to act my age: being 1,599 is totally uncool, and if I acted that old I would never get to wear the cute things I wear now! And then D.J. would totally never notice me, and that would be the real bummer here.

Lala had been through every kind of persecution and phase that the RAD community had been through - sometimes twice - but after the breakdown of normie/RAD relations in the 1930's, things seemed to be worse than before. Maybe it was because of how far the propaganda about them could reach, or maybe it was just because everything seemed to be picking up all of a sudden and she couldn't really join in. She couldn't gossip about new movies with her old friends - most of them long gone by the time she was able to even safely go to a movie theater - she couldn't go shopping when the large, multi-story malls started popping up all over the country...
But the worst - absolutely the worst thing - was that she couldn't go to those malls to have professional makeup artists help her with the changing times. She remembered when it was just some black kohl smudged under your eyes and maybe some rouge - now it was concealer, foundation, eyeliner, lip liner, lipstick, blush, mascara, eye shadow... There was a whole routine, and unfortunately for Lala, she just didn't have the reflection to pull it off on her own. She got mascara on her cheek and lip gloss on her chin, and forget about foundation - the last time she'd tried that, she came out looking even paler than before!
She tried to keep the fact that her makeup application was the pinnacle of her angst hidden; after her first week of the ninth grade, though - where she managed to hide the fact that she was much older than the rest of her class - she was ready to break down from all the taunts and teasing from the normies. As a matter of fact, she nearly had during one of her lunch breaks, practically throwing herself into one of the bathroom stalls. It sucked - she remembered the days when you didn't even need to wear makeup; but she loved looking cute and reeling in the boys! It just wasn't fair. It was worse than when her dad got on her case for refusing to drink blood.
But before she could resolve herself to never coming to school again, she found her stall door opening to reveal one of the few RAD girls in her school; Lagoona Blue was the daughter of a pair of sea creatures, and while she and Lala hadn't talked too much, they were on good enough terms that when Blue offered to help fix her makeup, Lala had no trouble saying yes. From that day on, Blue made every effort to help fix her makeup before first period, and after a little creative thinking, they - along with a few other RAD girls - were able to go to the malls and keep Lala from reflective surfaces that the normies would be able to see her reflection (or, well, her lack thereof). And because of their newfound teamwork, Lala found herself fully enjoying being a RAD again after years of hiding in the dark.

History: Kaylee joined the Serenity crew after taking the place of the previous mechanic, Bester. In fact, when Kaylee met Captain Malcolm Reynolds, she was in a rather precarious position. The ship had broken down and the mechanic claimed the ship could not be fixed. In the down time, Bester found himself a girlfriend and when they were walked in on by the captain, Bester reiterated this notion only to be corrected by Kaylee. She proceeded to express that the ship could be fixed... and then did so right in front of them. This naturally lead to the immediate hire of Kaylee to the ship, replacing Bester.
Not much is said of her parents, though it is told that her father taught her all she knows about mechanics and ships. She has a rare aptitude towards them and can find a way to repair almost anything. Finding herself on Serenity was a dream come true. Regardless of what is happening, what has happened or what will come, she finds a way to put a darling twist on it, making even the worst situations sound not so horrible. She's cheerful and playful with plenty of energy. Kaylee's work ethic is just as noticeable; willing to help wherever needed. She's easy to get along with, though to many, her personality grates on the nerves after some time. With the smiles and 'shiny' talk, she tends to give anyone in a ten foot radius a cavity with how sweet she can be.
She does tend to buckle under pressure. Not for long, usually. Kaylee manages to pull her out of a funk long enough to fix the problem. However, that doesn't change that she can find herself slightly overwhelmed at times when the ship is acting up and emotions are running hot. Again, it doesn't take long for that feeling to vanish and she's back on top, all smiles as usual.
The majority of her emotional changes involve men and feeling like she can't fulfill the engineer position as well as being a woman. This duality is often the source of her troubles when she has them. She desires to be the best mechanic and engineer she can be while still being girly.
Other: Kaylee has tight bonds with many of the crew members, but most notably with Inara, the Companion that rents one of Serenity's shuttles and also with the fugitive doctor, Simon. As for the first, she's much like the little sister. In the very center of the room, a large rotating engine is making the most unpleasant sound and just below it is a pair of legs stretched out. Moments later, Kaylee emerges from underneath and one is capable of seeing who the legs belong to. Dressed in an olive green jumper, she smiles brightly and fires up the engine again. It roars to life.]
Aw, see? You just needed a little care, is all. S'pose the captain would have done it himself if he knew anythin' about you. Good thing I came along.
[Kaylee affectionately strokes the side of the engine casing.]

Was expectin' the pick up on Persephone to go better than it did. Learned not to expect much when we land there for refueling and stockin' up on cargo. All that transportin's done little for us on the monetary end if ya know what I mean. Captain expects it to be just peachy. I'm inclined to believe him. He's seen more 'an I have, so who's to say he's wrong? Besides, we picked up a few passengers. Gonna get them where they gotta go and I always like havin' new people around. They've always got somethin' interesting to add to the crew. Course, the captain sees 'em as cargo themselves. I'm happy to be doin' what I can though. Ain't nothin' like flying with Serenity. She's the most reliable boat in the 'verse.
That's how I reel 'em in, see? The passengers got lots of boats to choose from and I sit out front and call 'em in, tellin' 'em exactly what they need to hear. It ain't lyin' though. No, not from me. I take care of our girl. She's gonna run forever. I gotta have somewhere to keep flyin'. Like Mal's always sayin', ain't nobody gonna take the sky from me and if I can bring a few friends along? Well, that's just what I'll do.

Character Notes:
History: Ooooh boy, where to start. Homestuck is messed up timeline-wise so, let's start at the beginning.
Kanaya is a troll. And as such, for her first six sweeps of her life (an equivalent of thirteen human earth years) she spent it in her hive (house) with her lusus (trolls are raised by animals native to their home planet, Alternia). However, she is unique in this aspect.
First off, her lusus was a virgin Mother Grub. A Mother Grub is very important in troll reproduction; every so often it sends out Imperial Drones to gather genetic material from troll pairs in buckets. Then it uses this genetic material after it's been mixed up to create thousands of thousands eggs. After the eggs hatch, the wrigglers cocoon themselves and eventually wake up with limbs. Then a lusus chooses them and helps them dig out of the reproduction den. Kanaya's lusus abdicated her role as the progenitor in favor of being her lusus, thus being a "virgin".
However, this doesn't happen often in troll society. Mother Grubs only select and raise trolls that have jade green blood. Kanaya is, supposedly, the first known and recorded case. As a side effect of her blood, Kanaya also is one of the few trolls who brave the daylight hours of Alternia outside her hive. The daylight is usually harsh to the species, as Terezi is blinded by opening her eyes outside. But Kanaya not only is unharmed by this but she thrives in the sunlight.
In her youth, she couldn't sleep during the day, which is a problem because trolls are nocturnal. She would roam outside her hive for hours, energized by the sun's beams. This greatly alarmed her lusus, who was unable to calm her down enough to sleep. Kanaya's life would have been cut short if she hadn't eventually been contacted by an entity known only as Doc Scratch. This figure finally settled her down enough so that she could sleep (during the night) and when she slept, she could read the clouds to see what would happen.
The clouds told her that her hive, that her oasis, was from the Medium of dreams. Only the sand, rocks and heat were native to Alternia. In tribute, using her chainsaw Kanaya shaped the trees around her hive to match the clouds of Prospit, her dream world.
Then there was the extreme role playing that ended up with Tavros getting paralyzed, Aradia getting killed, Terezi blinded, and Vriska's eight visionfold destroyed. However, even though Vriska is Kanaya's moirial (http://mspaintadventures.wikia.com/wiki/Troll_Relationships#Moirallegiance_.E2.99.A6), she seems to stay out of this conflict of revenge. Her reaction to this conflict has (of writing this app) not been shown.
When the SGrub was created, Kanaya was one of the people saying that bad things were going to happen. The other trolls knew of Kanaya's cloud-dreams but that wasn't the only reason she said that. She had also found a game guide written by one tentacleTherapist (Rose Lalonde, the human she would later troll constantly; have I mentioned the messed up timeline yet?). Kanaya started to idolize Rose, even before she met her.
Then all of the troll kids lusii died. Kanaya even warned Vriska that was going to happen, not that she was believed. Kanaya knew her lusus was going to die soon--virgin Mother Grubs give up long life when they become lusus. Kanaya understood this and had come to grips with it long before it happened. She had promised to give her lusus children after her death so once Kanaya's lusus died what did she do? She went to her corpse and cut it open with a chainsaw, taking the matriorb (egg which a Mother Grub can hatch) and captchaloguing it. She also tasted her lusus's blood. Which she spat out.

She was the last member of the Red Team to join, becoming Vriska's server player. She requested this role and was given it. Kanaya, it's assumed, requested it so she could keep an eye on Vriska. Unfortunately, this meant that she saw Tavros kiss Vriska (but not the lead up, as her back was turned). Vriska had asked Kanaya to make her a dress for the occasion. Kanaya, thinking that Vriska might be thinking about fashion for once, agreed and did so. When Kanaya saw Vriska and Tavros kiss, she started crying--her heart broken (over Vriska, not Tavros as Vriska would later assume). She later threw the copy of Vriska's dress out of her window, angrily.
She eventually created the "genesis frog" of her session.
Then, skip ahead. After the trolls universe had been destroyed and they had created the humans, and settled on the asteroid Kanaya got out her chainsaw. In a fit of...helpfulness, she cut off Tavros's legs to be later replaced by robotic ones. This shocked everyone and even Karkat fainted after seeing it. (And Karkat later rebuked her, saying that there was to be no more impromptu amputations.)
She also started trolling the human Rose. To little success. Her first trolling victim was actually John, since Rose was asleep. This made Kanaya think Rose was an idiot and made their next few sessions...interesting. Kanaya eventually asked to be friends and started to try to keep Rose from "going dark". It didn't work, much to her regret.
She later found the key that unlocked the card that she kept the Matriorb in. This surprised her, since Kanaya had begun to thought that the orb would never be released. She decided that it must mean that she was to hatch the Mother Grub in the center of the asteroid.
Kanaya was telling Jade Harley about the importance of breeding frogs when Eridan came in. Eridan knocked out Sollux, killed Feferi, and then destroyed the Matriorb. Enraged, Kanaya attacked him with her chainsaw.
Then Eridan killed her. Then left. Karkat tried to revive Kanaya, but that didn't work.
But that was not the end of Kanaya's story, oh no. She came back. As a vampire--er, Rainbow Drinker (the troll equivalent).
She bit Feferi's corpse and then waited. Later, Terezi showed up and when her back was turned, Kanaya gave her the same treatment. Terezi had thought Vriska had killed Feferi, injured Kanaya (because while her blood was everywhere her body was not) and then drank Feferi's blood. Kanaya, at least, bandaged Terezi up after biting her so the blood loss was not that great.
Then she later interrupted a fight between Gamzee, Eridan, and Vriska. After knocking Gamzee off a cliff and punching Vriska out of the way? Kanaya chainsaws Eridan in half without hesitation.
What happens next is not known (as the webcomic is ongoing).

Personality: Kanaya's personality can be summed up by her internet handle: "grimAuxiliatrix". Grim, because she has no aversion of doing nasty things if she thinks they are necessary, and auxiliatrix. Auxiliatrix is basically "helpful woman" in latin. So her handle is "grim helpful woman", which sums her up nicely.
Kanaya doesn't wear her feelings on her sleeve, or tries not to. She's stoic in the best of situations, being calm and somewhat sarcastic but always there to help others. The fact that several of the more anti-social trolls, Eridan (even if he kills her later) and Karkat, make a special exception for Kanaya says a lot about her relation to the other trolls. She is often a mediator for conflicts, as it's hard to get her upset she's able to give advice and settle things before they get out of hand.
Kanaya didn't really want to troll Rose but her curiosity got the better of her. She stopped trolling her after a few sentences and merely talked to her after that (even if her first conversation was with John). In fact, when it comes to trolling, she and Tavros are on the same page. Neither of them seemed to get under the skin of their intended targets, even though Kanaya realized that her attempts were useless and stopped, instead going into a different direction. Tavros simply blocked Dave and left after being counter-trolled. Eventually Kanaya even learns to emulate Rose's sarcastic demeanor.
She is seen to be a meddler, poking her nose where it doesn't belong (according to Vriska). However, usually her "meddling" is actually her trying to help. Kanaya insists that she's helpful and not a meddler or even a mediator.

As the grim part of her internet handle suggests, she doesn't back away from letting blood fly. She doesn't enjoy violence but doesn't shy from letting her chainsaw rip into someone. She winces when she amputates Tavros' legs and is sad when she rips into the body of her dead lusus. She also doesn't inflict any more force than is necessary; when she's a rainbow drinker she only disables everyone other than Eridan. Even when she bites Terezi, she bandages the wound so she wouldn't bleed out.
Even if she's bitter over what happened with Vriska, she didn't maim or attack her any further than she had to. Even before becoming a rainbow drinker, she simply ignored her and used simple sentences (which is an odd thing since Kanaya usually uses many words).

First Person (entry type):
Third Person: The other trolls had wondered why she had even bothered saving some of her sewing equipment (along with several novels that Kanaya did not openly admit to have brought along). She had simply stated that fashion waited for no one and besides, daily wear was to be expected. Repairs were to be made. Measurements taken.
Besides. It gave her a purpose, to get away from the computers and the others just for a moment; to be able to be by herself and think.
The hum of her sewing machine was welcome and familiar. It brought back happier memories of draping cloth against her hive in the sweltering Alternian sun, of ripping fabric only to sew it back with a deft touch, of trimming the foliage around her hive, of spending the long days alongside her lusus.
Her lusus. A Mother Grub that never would breed, a noble sacrifice for her own sake. The Mother Grub had enjoyed her company as much as Kanaya enjoyed hers; this she knew as a fact. Even as her fingers move the fabric along with the machine she can feel the jade tears form and then stop. Kanaya missed her lusus but both of them knew those happy sun filled days were always to end.
Ironic, wasn't it? That she, Kanaya, was one of the few could stand the sunlight--not only that, she thrived in the sunlight. Now... Now she was stuck in an asteroid filled with artificial light. The others didn't know how unfortunate this was. Ah well. Sometimes things worked out like that, didn't they?

-1476 Dracula’s Curse:
Alucard works alongside the vampire hunter Trevor Belmont along with Sypha Belnades and Grant DaNasty to destroy Dracula and put an end to his attacks on humankind. He is the son of Count Dracula, sworn enemy of the Belmonts and mankind, and a dhampir or half-vampire. Though he was raised to learn the dark arts by his father and trained as a weapon for the forces of evil, Alucard becomes opposed to his father’s ideals thanks to his human mother, Lisa, and his gentler human side. To symbolise his change of sides, he changed his name to ‘Alucard’, which is his father’s name spelled backwards, symbolising that he is the complete opposite of his father.
During events here, Alucard infiltrated a place called Wallachia and slumbered underground, searching for an ally to help him fight against Dracula. Upon testing Trevor’s strength and that of his group, he joined them and set off with them. Once Dracula was put to rest, Alucard put himself into a supposedly eternal sleep to save the world from his cursed bloodline.
-1797 Symphony of the Night:
Where I will be taking Alucard from at DDD. Here, Alucard finds himself awakening from his self-induced sleep as his father is reawakened. However, Richter Belmont who had defeated Dracula five years prior, seems to have disappeared. Alucard decides to investigate on the Belmonts’ behalf. A woman named Maria Renard, Richter’s sister-in-law has also entered the castle to search for Richter. The two meet numerous times throughout their explorations.

Lisa, Alucard’s mother, used to make herbal remedies for the people of her town, but after forming a relationship with Dracula was later falsely accused of being a witch and burned at the stake. In her final moments she told Alucard not to despise humans, as they already have their own troubles to deal with, and to ultimately avoid becoming like his father. She also told him that she would love Dracula for all eternity despite his hatred and dark lineage, something that Alucard intends to tell his father once they meet again in the inverted castle. He does so, but only after defeating his father and putting him to rest once more.

A radio drama set one year after SotN whereby Alucard has been living with Maria. It seems they may have feelings for each other at this point though it is never addressed outright. Either way they care about each other, even if Alucard still acts abrasively towards her at times and remains secretive about his past.
During this drama, a vampire has been sighted feeding from the young women of the town they’re staying in and Alucard is feared to be the one doing it, his instincts awakened. Maria discovers that Alucard did used to feed on humans 350 years ago, but he is not the one committing crimes in the present. It is later learned that sometime in the past Alucard came across an incubus named Magnus who tried to manipulate his darker side and forced him to feed from his loyal servant and best friend Lyudmil. Lyudmil became a vampire and has now come under the control of Magnus. Alucard joins Richter and two new characters calling themselves vampire hunters to hunt down Magnus and put an end to his manipulation and nightmares.

-1476 Dracula’s Curse:
Alucard works alongside the vampire hunter Trevor Belmont along with Sypha Belnades and Grant DaNasty to destroy Dracula and put an end to his attacks on humankind. He is the son of Count Dracula, sworn enemy of the Belmonts and mankind, and a dhampir or half-vampire. Though he was raised to learn the dark arts by his father and trained as a weapon for the forces of evil, Alucard becomes opposed to his father’s ideals thanks to his human mother, Lisa, and his gentler human side. To symbolise his change of sides, he changed his name to ‘Alucard’, which is his father’s name spelled backwards, symbolising that he is the complete opposite of his father.
During events here, Alucard infiltrated a place called Wallachia and slumbered underground, searching for an ally to help him fight against Dracula. Upon testing Trevor’s strength and that of his group, he joined them and set off with them. Once Dracula was put to rest, Alucard put himself into a supposedly eternal sleep to save the world from his cursed bloodline.
-1797 Symphony of the Night:
Where I will be taking Alucard from at DDD. Here, Alucard finds himself awakening from his self-induced sleep as his father is reawakened. However, Richter Belmont who had defeated Dracula five years prior, seems to have disappeared. Alucard decides to investigate on the Belmonts’ behalf. A woman named Maria Renard, Richter’s sister-in-law has also entered the castle to search for Richter. The two meet numerous times throughout their explorations.

He is known as Genya Arikado and since events in Judgement has returned after learning of a prophecy that says his father’s castle will reappear in this year. He is part of a secret organisation in Japan. During events in this game, Alucard meets a man named Soma Cruz who has the ability to harvest souls. It is later learned that Soma is the reincarnation of Dracula and Alucard tries to encourage him to suppress his father’s spirit before it takes control of him.

Alucard is very cold and reserved and described as a man of few words. He says what he needs to without waffling or elaborating. As shown in the radio drama it is very hard to know what he’s thinking and equally hard to get him to explain. Due to his tainted blood he tends to keep to himself and travels alone, though he does know a few people he would call friends or at least allies. His best friend was a servant from his past named Lyudmil who tried to help his mother Lisa escape her fate, but unfortunately failed.
Alucard made a promise to his mother during her last minutes alive to respect humans as was her dying wish. It is obvious that his love for his mother was incredibly strong and he lives to uphold this wish, hoping to protect mankind from the fury of his father and from his own tainted blood. However, many dark beings still seek to draw out his vampire side and hope to overwhelm his ‘weak human side’ to fight against the humans. This is one reason why he feels the need to put himself to eternal rest where he hopes nobody will unlock his instincts.
As the son of Dracula he possesses many talents in the way of magic and has many superhuman qualities. He is said to be stronger than any human but not as strong as his father. [You see what appears to be a tall pine forest in an unknown location. In front of you sits a man of unusually beautiful appearance and a small black devil-like creature flutters in front of him. The two appear to be conversing.]
So what are you going to do now, Master? [Comes the rather grating voice of the imp.]
Find Belmont. Something is not right here. [The man says simply, staring at a point straight ahead with cold eyes.]
And when you find him? You going to look for your father?
[The man nods.] If he has returned... only I can put him to rest now.
Hmph, or you could leave it to the Belmont.
[The man glares at the imp at that, causing the creature to circle behind him and hover on his other side.] There is something I need to tell Father. I am the one who needs to confront him. For my mother’s sake...
[But the imp seems interested in something else now, fluttering down to poke at whatever might be recording the feed with his little spear.] Someone is spying! Close the book!
[The man looks to what appears to be the ‘book’ and promptly shuts it, killing the feed.]

‘Tis a strange thing when the book you were using to store information begins to write itself. Obviously it contains a magic I was not aware of upon first finding it. It fills with the stream of people’s thoughts at an almost constant rate. Thoughts stolen from humans? Or links to other magic books? Anything is possible in this world.
And all of these humans I must defend from Father at the request of my mother. I wonder if they know the fate that could await them if Dracula reigns unhindered. I wonder if they know the lengths I am going to in order to save them.

Alucard had found the castle a few days ago now, but in its endless winding halls, stalked by Dracula’s minions, it felt like he had been trapped there for a lot longer. Then again, life in general felt like that at times. Being immortal and having already spent hundreds of years on this Earth, time began to merge into one long thread that never ended, never stopped. He had spent much of those years in the halls of this castle and though it was full of tricks and illusions now, he hadn’t forgotten where things were.
His father could wait though. He was more concerned about the recent disappearance of Richter Belmont, who should have been hunting the Count already. And more importantly, the recent discovery of a book that seemed cursed or laced with magic at the very least. He checked it often, hoping for more clues, but it never revealed anything, just spouted nonsense.
Not that it mattered though. He would find Richter soon enough and whether the Belmont wanted to slay Dracula personally or not, Alucard would be following. Because there was still something he needed to tell his father, something his mother would have wanted him to hear. If only he could get the vampire to listen to him for a few minutes, he could deliver his final message. Then perhaps, they could all rest in peace once again.
