Personality: Atsuko and Paprika are technically the same person, but both are seemingly entirely different people. Atsuko is quiet, reserved, thoughtful, and prone to think before acting. She is seemingly cold and an ice queen, but hides a lot of emotion behind her reserves, and occasionally surprises people with her controlled outbursts. She holds a high position in her world, and uses her intelligence well. She works well with her colleagues, discussing certain topics at length, and skillfully analyzing situations.

Paprika, on the other hand, is bright and happy, curious about everything, and prone to jump right in when she sees trouble. She is seemingly not afraid of anything, but she won't hesitate to run away if she obviously can't do anything. She's also skillfully analytical, but in a more exploratory way. Her method of analysis is by doing, whereas Atsuko is more the type to sit back and watch. When it gets down to it, though, Atsuko will jump right in to help if need be.

Other: Paprika has a lot of power in the dream world. She can change the dream to a certain extent, and can move around by leaping into images and traveling through them. She can join into a dream naturally and become a part of it, as if she were always meant to be there.
