The Enterprise is destroyed and we are on our way to rendezvous with the assault fleet. I’ve set Commanders Tucker and T’Pol working on repairs the ship’s systems. I want this ship at maximum efficiency by the time we arrive.
With the new ship comes new systems and a database full of knowledge about the other universe. I find it disgusting to hear about this United Federation of Planets and how my our alternate selves have created such an idiocy.
The new systems have increased power as well as technological advances. We’ll win this war in a matter of weeks once my battlefield promotion is settled. If only Trip could get the engines to work.
End Log.
Third Person:
Archer crept around the corridor, his new phaser cocked and ready for action. If this Gorn did turn up he’d be ready. He’d defeat him and earn the respect he deserved.
Even now he could hear the voice of his alternate self mocking him. He ignored it. He needed to concentrate on the mission or they’d never get warp drive.
“So busy aren’t you? I would have gotten the sensors online to help you. All those crew members doing nothing else.” The alternate smirked and Archer found himself pointing the phaser at thin air. He grabbed his communicator, contacting T’Pol.
“Get those sensors online. I need to know where he is.” He shut it off without waiting for a response and continued down the corridor.
“Very demanding.” Came the mocking voice again. “Even I’m a little scared.” Archer turned and fired, scorching the wall behind him. He shook himself mentally, forcing himself to concentrate on the mission and not some stupid man he was not.
He was better than that other Archer and he was about to prove it.
So far the Tholian we captured hasn’t yielded any information. I’ve instructed the doctor to keep raising the temperature periodically until it cooperates. I’m confident we will have results with the next hour.
In other news, the doctor’s new invention is seeing more and more use. Commander Tucker is also refusing to cooperate. He remains in the belief that he is not the Admiral’s spy but the record speaks against him. Even now, Major Reed is breaking him.
After seeing Tucker in the booth, I spoke to Forrest. Another man guilty of lies, deceit and secrets, not to mention ignorance. He’ll talk. They’ll all talk.
We're sorry, but this application has been rejected. We feel that you do not have a grasp on a unique character voice; we did not get a clear sense of personality or motivation through your samples. Please feel free to reapply!
