Cosmo || Fairly OddParents || 3/?

Personality: Cosmo means well but he is dim-witted and inadvertently causes trouble due to the fact that he's a fairy that can grant wishes. These wishes could be almost anything and cause chaos in between him misinterpreting them to just granting ones that wouldn't be granted so readily by someone with a bit more brain - such as Wanda, his wife. As the pair mention in an early episode: he married the smart one and she... well, at least he was cute.

Cosmo is easily distracted, such as by cartoons or something 'shiny'. He does care about those close to him, and will go all out (once he can pull himself together) to save Wanda, as evidenced in Abra Catastrophe when she is captured by Crocker and he grows a powerful body to beat Crocker up - but he unfortunately gets captured anyway due to the power butterfly nets have to catch fairies. He does, however, inadvertently save everyone earlier in this feature because of his interpretations of what the monkey Bippy says - which may or may not be misinterpretations.

Cosmo is often very much a comic relief character, even more so than the others. Wanda plays the sensible one to his goof-up character.

Other: Lining up with Crocker, Cosmo will just be from season 1 to start with. Extra history (of the future or past not yet revealed) may be found at the links below but this will not be used for now.
