-'The first Time': He's introduced in this episode as the new member of the Warblers. Sebastian got an interest in Blaine after meeting him in person when he visited Dalton; however he’s already heard of Blaine before. Sebastian kept hitting on Blaine and didn’t really care that Blaine already had a boyfriend (“Doesn’t bother me if it doesn’t bother you”) and ignored Blaine's attempts to turn him down. He met Kurt too, and while both dislike each other immediately, Kurt agrees to go with Blaine to a gay bar with Sebastian (who provides them fakes ID).Player:

History:
Sebastian's History is not very extensive and not much of his personal back-story has been explained, but here's what we know about him:
-'Hold on to Sixteen' : Blaine and Kurt talks to him again in the local cafeteria when Sebastian approaches them, flirty and friendly. As soon as Blaine leaves to get more coffee, Sebastian drops the facade completely in front of Kurt. He makes it clear that he wants to steal Blaine from him, and that he considers their Glee club to be a joke. Kurt is less than happy about it, but Blaine comes back and Sebastian acts like nothing happened. Sebastian is part of the audience during New Direction's performance for the sectionals competition, cheering for Blaine and pissing off Kurt in the process.
-'Michel': Sebastian interrupts a ND meeting in the Lima Bean cafeteria to inform them that he's now the captain of the Warblers and they will sing Michel Jackson's songs for their next competition. This was originally ND's idea but Sebastian decided to steal it from them after Blaine told him about it. Santana has a few things to tell Sebastian about his attitude but he manages to shut her down. ND challenges the Warblers to a singing duel in a parking lot. It ends with Blaine screaming in pain on the floor after Sebastian tossed a slushie at him that was meant for Kurt (Blaine got in the way to protect his boyfriend).
The next day Santana confronts Sebastian, informing him that Blaine will need eye surgery and trying to discover what he put in the slushie. They have a singing duel and Sebastian admits that he put rock salt in the slushie and that it was supposed to hit Kurt, not Blaine. After that, he tosses a slushie at Santana’s face, this time rock salt free. It turns out that Santana recorded their conversation and, after ND's rendition of 'Black and White', she lets him know that she has his confession on tape. The Warblers join up ND and tell Sebastian that this needs to stop. Santana gives him the tape, but makes it clear that they could have gotten him expelled if they wanted. Sebastian just leaves the auditorium without a word.
-'On my way': This episode starts with Sebastian blackmailing Rachel into dropping out of the competition if she doesn’t want some shopped photos of a naked Finn to make it to the Internet. After Dave Karofsky's suicide attempt, Sebastian calls Blaine, Santana, Brittany and Kurt to apologize to them. He admits that he feels sorry for what he said to Dave, and that he wants the Warblers to win fairly.
Sebastian assures them that he destroyed Finn's fake photos, that they will dedicate the Warbler's sectional’s song to Dave and that they are taking donations to Lady Gaga's Born This Way foundation. The Warblers lost the competition, but in the end Blaine and Sebastian are seen shaking hands.

Long story short, Sebastian was created to be an antagonist to the New directions Glee Club and thus his personality is 90% made of jerkass. He's competitive, likes to have the upper hand and has no qualms about using more than dubious tactics to get what he wants. He takes brutal honestly up to eleven (“Let's get a few things straight. Blaine's too good for you. New Directions is a joke. And one of us has a hard luck case of the gay-face, and it ain't me.”), and lies or twists things if it benefits him.
As a deadpan snarker, he's quick with words, insults and catty remarks. Sebastian seems to take some delight in making people angry or upset. He speaks almost constantly in a sarcastic tone and punctuates most of his sentences with a Stepford smile on his face. The boy turned bitchiness into an art. He can maintain a friendly, courteous mask even when he's saying really vicious insults to someone's face.
Arrogant and overconfident, he thinks highly of himself. Sebastian is passive aggressive, manipulative, misogynist, slightly racist if his comments about Santana are anything to go by, and is prejudiced against poor people. Chances are that he's not actually as racist or misogynist as he sounds and that he was just lashing out at people he dislikes, but....it's Glee. It's hard to tell most of the time due to how characterization marches on from one episode to the other.
He dislikes Kurt and Santana (and he's one of the few people that can out-do her when it comes to vicious remarks) but his actual feelings towards Blaine are unclear. After all that happened between them, Sebastian doesn’t seem to pursue Blaine as much as he did in the beginning; and is later seen seeking forgiveness instead of a relationship.
Sebastian is openly gay and a shameless flirt, and it's implied that he gets around quite a lot. He turns down Karosfky with his usual subtlety and tact (spoilers: none), mocking his looks and telling him he’d be better off staying in the closet. It's not until things get serious and Dave tries to commit suicide that Sebastian realize how much damage his words can do. He seems genuinely apologetic and guilty about it (“It's all fun and games...until it's not.”), apologizes to Blaine for hurting him with the slushie, and asks to be given another chance. He dedicates the sectional’s Warbler performance to Karosfky and takes donations for Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, showing that he's not really a completely heartless person.

[The video starts with the view of a teen with brown hair and light eyes. He’s wearing a familiar Dalton blazer like Kurt used to. He’s look positively bored albeit slightly unhappy.]
This place really is the cherry on top to an absolutely horrible week. If I were the kind of person who believes in that sort of crap I would think it’s bad karma or something.
Not only does it looks like you’re all delusional about the nature of this place, but the vast majority of you actually seem think you belong to different worlds as well. [He nods, giving a condescend smile.] Mm-hm.…..yeah, and Kim Kardashian’s nose is completely natural. I can live in denial too. To make it even better it looks like most of New Directions is here using this place as their personal playground. I pity all of you; no one deserves that sort of torture from that poor excuse of a Glee club.
[And yet New Directions still managed to beat the Warbles at sectionals, someone's a bit butthurt over here.]
Now, talk to me until this site leaves my computer and I can do more interesting things, like trimming my eyebrows or finishing that history essay about the European recession.

Kurt had said that to him a few days ago. As usual, Sebastian shrugged and didn’t bat an eye at the insult, but now he felt like Kurt was far more correct about that than he realized. He kept staring at his laptop, the screen showing Dave Karofsky's facebook. It was like watching a car accident, horrifying yet impossible to look away.

Sebastian was no stranger to that sort of insult, he’d sure heard them often enough in the past, but he always ignored them. He tried to ignore them. It wasn’t exactly easy. Knowing that he added more fuel to the fire with his comments about Dave's looks made his stomach turn. He'd been playing for too long, acting like nothing was really that serious so he didn’t had to take things seriously either. And then reality hit him on the face like a ton of bricks. First Blaine, then Dave...it he hadn't been so selfish, so careless, maybe things would have been different.
Sebastian closed his laptop and rubbed his eyes, feeling an oncoming headache. When he opened his eyes again, he saw the brown enveloped with Finn's photos in it. There was still something he could do right.

I think it would be IC for Kurt to try to ignore Sebastian, and no Blaine in the game means Kurt won't have to cut Sebastian's possible advances towards his boyfriend.
But if I can't app him for that reason that's okay.
