Quackerjack | Darkwing Duck | Not Reserved | Part 2

Personality: Quackerjack's madness is, without a doubt, the largest factor in his personality. And yet, it is very hard to categorize him. Quackerjack is well aware that he's insane, which is not something truly insane people tend to do, at least, not in reality. And yet, he protests with genuine appall when people call his toys dangerous - even though he uses those same toys as weapons in battle. There's also Mr. Banana Brain: A Mr. Potato Head-esque doll with which Quackerjack carries on entire conversations. Of course, the 'voice' of Mr. Banana Brain is provided by Quackerjack (in falsetto tones). Generally speaking, Quackerjack doesn't seem aware that Mr. Banana Brain isn't alive. He also finds fun in rather odd things - for example, he found himself having the time of his life while he and the rest of the Fearsome Five were in prison. All in all, Quackerjack seems to - for whatever reason - have a loose grip on reality. His madness is half-real, half an act... But it's an act that's very important to him. An act that maybe he's gotten a little too into - Or perhaps an act he never really intended to put on, it just... Happened. But whatever the case, Quackerjack's desire to be insane is a bit of insanity in and of itself.

Now, as villains go, Quackerjack's an odd one, even by Saint Canard's standards. At first glance, that might not show - He'll commit a crime, Darkwing will come, Quackerjack will whine, and then the banter and fighting begins. Quackerjack genuinely loves to ‘win’ and hates to ‘lose’, and yet... It's all a game to him. At one point in the show, he explained that Darkwing spoiling his fun is just another part of that. A lot of his crimes involve his toys in one way or another – money for making them, getting stores to carry them, etc. - but with the rest, it's not about inflicting pain or causing fear - except with Whiffle Boy and sometimes Darkwing. It's just that he really gets a kick out of crime - and not even necessarily because it’s wrong. It just happens to be his favorite kind of game; his playtime.

Despite being a fun-and-games-themed villain, Quackerjack can be terribly pouty. He whines constantly - When he gets interrupted, when he’s beaten, when he's bored. He throws temper tantrums like a child, and he can be incredibly sarcastic. But on the other hand... He loves making things a game. He has himself and Megavolt dress up in costumes to make villainy more interesting - and then the two broke into a bowling alley to play a version of the game involving marmalade, a jack-hammer, and a pack of panthers. He's full of energy and psychotic laughter, and on the constant search for some fun.

And yet, Quackerjack is not entirely a child. He often speaks like an adult - not a normal adult, of course, but that's beside the poin. A lot of the time, his grown-up nature mixes with his childish one. He makes robbing some theatre-goers into a mini-Shakespearean production of his own. He can, at times, be a bit witty. Though he can be oblivious, he seems rather intelligent, and he has demonstrated a conniving mind. When he and Megavolt team up, he's the one coming up with the ideas and, more often than not, calling the shots. Not to mention, the toys that he makes serve as some very impressive weaponry, and were definitely not easy to make.

Other: Nothing comes to mind!
