Also, can you please submit a worldhop request over here? You may be right that it's feasible for Kay to have some kind of alien worldhopping device, but as there's nothing specifically shown in his canon (unless it's in MIB3 which I haven't seen) I'd just feel better if the mod who usually approves such things gets a look at it before you make it official. So far as I saw in the first two movies, the MIB were pretty planet-bound and relied on rocket ships and nifty cars, not dimensional travel, to get around.
