First Person (entry type): Given the community's disposition to make things show up on anything, I've decided to write this down. In the dark, and by candlelight with a fountain pen.
Stop bothering me community. I know you're doing it, all the time. Showing my training with Major Sakamoto, showing my arguments with the other members, s-s-showing me in the bath...! The line has to be drawn somewhere, and I don't know if you're actually paying attention to me!
If this is what the world is like, in 2012 instead of 1944 then I want out of it. You keep intruding on my life, and I don't want to know that in another world I was a man named Pierre, no! Whoever showed me that Wikipedia link needs to get over themselves!
With any luck, this won't be written down in the community. If it is, I intend on not doing anything important other than sorties for the next month and a half. Do I make myself clear?
Third Person: Perrine sighed as she leaned back in her chair. She wanted to talk to Yoshika after that last sortie, tell her it was okay and that she did a good job. But her usual aggravation towards her wingmate made her regret her decision to do so. It wasn't like she didn't appreciate Yoshika's efforts for being an untrained rookie, she just, well...
Flopping onto her bed, she sighed. "Major Sakamoto... why do you persist on giving her so much attention?"
The complaint came out in a half-whine, and Perrine buried her head in her sheets. No, no, she was being silly. There wasn't anything wrong with a rookie learning from a superior officer, it was just, well, Yoshi-- Perrine caught herself -- Miyafuji was just too naive. She didn't know how a lot of things worked. She was a crude, country bumpkin.
At least that was what she was telling herself at least as she rolled over onto her back and stared up at the ceiling. "Maybe I'm doing this all wrong..."
Looking over at the small laptop that had been provided to her by a helpful person, she reflected that it wasn't all bad. Apparently there were people in similar situations she could talk to, even if she didn't want to. And yet, seeing a vast, wider world out there other than her own was frightening, and a little intimidating as well.
Without warning, a siren bellowed in the hallway and Perrine sat up. "A neuroi? So soon?"
Grabbing her coat, she ran out the door and nearly bumped into Miyafuji who was already halfway down the hall before she could say anything. "So diligent..." Her expression focused however and she took off after them. The enemy was there, and Perrine was going to do what she was here to do: liberate Gallia.
