Jorgen is very, very old. Ancient in fact. His job is not only being a Fairy Godparent to different children like the rest of the fairies, but he also has a high ranking position on the Fairy Council. (It consists of even higher ranking fairies that don’t need magic wands to perform magic, and don’t have god kids.) For enforcing he uses ‘Da Rules’ book, a guidebook by which all Fairy Godparents much live by, which he edits at will. He also built Fairy World (where all the Fairy Godparents live) in outer space, right next to Earth and connected with a rainbow bridge. According to the recent episode Crocker Shocker, Von Strangle built Fairy World over another world called, ‘Giant Bucket of Acid World’. Von Strangle was never known for thinking very far into the future. He created the Big Wand (which channels fairy magic similar to a cell phone tower) to be powered by the spazzing of those who fervently believe in fairies. However, he changed this rule when Denzel Crocker came along. Instead, the Big Wand relies solely on Denzel’s spazzing since it’s so powerful. In the end, Von Strangle changed the rule back to many spazziers, as Crocker was actually cured in that episode.
When Cosmo, Fairy World’s last baby before Poof was born, Von Strangle was in charge of teaching Cosmo how to use magic. As with all the fairies, Von Strangle taught them to control their magic, or least tries, since he is the drill sergeant of the Fairy Academy. At the time, when Cosmo came around, Jorgen was a five – star ranking Fairy Commander at the Fairy Academy, where fairies are trained to be Fairy Godparents.
However, no matter where Jorgen took Cosmo to try to train him, the goof messed up, causing all sorts of catastrophes. These include sinking Atlantis (not once but seven times), burning Pompeii and turning Xanadu into Pittsburg. None the less, after those incidents, Jorgen added to 'Da Rules' book: ‘No being able to wish for a baby’ (that being the only way new fairies come into existence). This way, Cosmo would be the last fairy baby born and those horrible things would never happen again. But Von Strangle only wrote the 'No being able to wish for the 'b' word on a sticky note, later found out in Fairly Oddbaby, and never officially ratified the rule.
Therefore, a new fairy baby was born that Von Strangle tried to take from Cosmo and Wanda, so those incidents that happened with Cosmo would not reoccur and no more civilizations or fairies would be harmed. However, he was faked out with a plush doll. In the end, the new baby fairy was left with Cosmo and Wanda, and named Poof. Jorgen is also the responsible for those children who lose their Fairy Godparents, by exposure, mind wiping them. In the case of Mr. Crocker, March 15th, 1972, after Timmy had blown ten year old Crocker’s secret, overly mind wiping Denzel and all the people in town, so, none of Crocker’s amazing things he had done with fairies would be recalled. However, a few non – magical traces of existence of fairies was left behind. At the time, and admits later, even he isn’t perfect because of course didn’t know of these items or thinking ahead, that the DNA tracker would cause any harm.
Von Strangle does not like to be taken lightly; he wants the Anti–Fairies and Pixies, the main trouble makers of his canon, to fear him. Consequently, he doesn’t have any friends. He thinks of it as the same old, ‘you punch this guy one time and they never talk to you again’ deal. Ironically, because of the fact that Cosmo and Wanda don’t leave Von Strangle, considering he does bully Cosmo and Wanda, Jorgen considers them friends - even if he does horrible things to them and really hates and even wants to destroy Cosmo at times.
He does rather tire of Turner’s selfish wishes, and many close calls with Turner has resulted in Jorgen almost taking Cosmo and Wanda away (only for something to happen to get them reassigned instead by him). Not to mention Turner is always putting the world in danger, not to mentioning trying to find loop holes to the ‘Da Rules’ and making Jorgen write new rules, just for him at times. Jorgen is a nice guy sometimes, such as when Binky has the flu: Jorgen whips him up a 500 lb home soup but then crushes Binky’s tiny body with it. He then reads him a Jorgen Von Strangle bedtime story, which you hope he doesn’t mention you are in it, because you will be literally in the story he is telling and Jorgen doesn’t like happy endings. Fairy Godparents are fairies that are assigned to children who have miserable lives and grant their every wish, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the ‘Da Rules’. The fairies secret (that is, that they exist) must never be revealed. If and when it is, whether by the god child or anyone else, or the fairy(ies) will go away FOREVER!
Anti–Fairies: For every Fairy Godparent, that is considered a ‘good’ fairy, there is also the opposition, which are called Anti–Fairies. They are created alongside each Fairy Godparent when they are born. Jorgen’s Anti-Fairy is a small three inch fairy in a tu–tu, called Anti – Jorgen - whereas Jorgen himself ranges from six feet to over fifty feet tall and very manly.
Jorgen also takes shifts guarding the entrance to Anti-Fairy World to keep the Anti-Fairies in Anti-Fairy World, and on Friday the 13th, he guards against as the Pixies of Pixies Inc as well. After all, Fairy World’s best interest, as well as the universe there not falling apart, is his top priority
Personality: He fears nothing! Except butterfly nets and having no magic, even if his manly muscles could beat you to a pulp. Jorgen has brawns, rather than brains. He dislikes those who don’t follow the ‘Da Rules’, or even those who find loop holes, or destroy people’s lives beyond repair. Even with magic. In short, don’t tell this massive man what to do, unless you want to get yelled at. The only thing that actually can make Jorgen laugh is someone else being in pain, as well as the ‘best puny human, almost discovering fairies skit’. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor and a large ego to match. He’s cocky and arrogant, and just because he’s a fairy, like all fairies, is free spirited. He has a bit of a feminine side that increases as canon goes on after he marries to the Tooth Fairy, and the even more after the birth of Poof. Thus, Jorgen’s toughness is downgraded, from when Von Strangle first appeared in canon because a baby fairy can out – Strangle him.
Other: Just like everyone else in the FOP world, Jorgen can be dragged into wishes on occasion. However, he’s usually there to correct them when they go wrong. The main difference between Jorgen and all the other Fairy GodParents is that Von Strangle is the most human looking one, beside the Tooth Fairy. He’s even more human looking, considering his height and the fact that he doesn’t have butterfly wings on his back like the rest; instead, he uses a jet pack to fly around. Jorgen has fairy glands, which is how he can shape shift into different objects and animals. However, it rather obvious they are fairies, when they shape shift, due to the fact that the floating crown remains above the object/animal as well as the same mouth and eyes. One of his favorite things to shape shift into too is a cactus - no matter how much it may stick out in the environment. Jorgen tends to over use the ‘Forget- A- Cin’, which looks like a Men in Black neuralizer, which is how he makes people forget about the fairies. He overdosed Mr. Crocker and Timmy’s clone. It's only used for people of their universe. Example lies, in the Timmy/Jimmy Power Hours; Jorgen doesn’t mind wipe, any of the Jimmy Neutron – verse people about the existence of Fairy Godparents. Von Strangles’s love burns for the Tooth Fairy; he has dated for quite awhile, and eventually he purposes to her. He 4th wall talks. However, they are usually statements. He also, on occasion, acknowledge the ‘camera’ and tells it to ‘move in’ for a ‘close up’ He is quite aware of other universes, considering the crossovers, which happen, in the Jimmy/Timmy Power Hours. Which he can hop between them. He is the Grim Reaper for children that wish themselves gone, taking them to the Dimension of Kids Who Improve the World by Wishing They Were Never Born. He also stores the unwanted wishes in a foot lockers in Fairy World, and for the really dangerous wishes, he uses the uncharted island in the Bermuda Triangle as storage space. Apparently, even though Jorgen has a body like steel, his stomach reacts like the rest of us would after eating fireball burritos. His other businesses include a Jorgen’s Pizza and Duck Zooka Parlor in Fairy World. He’s very 'in touch' with the Fairy Force which tells him when his people are trouble, even if he’s not around.

Apparently, as very few of you puny fairies may know, people from other universes have been crossing into ours. Now, normally, I wouldn’t hold a meeting of every fairy in our universe here to just tell you that. The more important fact is who these people are associated with. [Points his wand as magic shoots out of it in a beam, and shows a crazy looking picture of Mr. Crocker next to Von Strangle] That crazy fairy hunting teacher has somehow found a way between many more dimensions that even I; Jorgen Von Strangle, toughest fairy in the universe, know about! Therefore, I suggest that all of you to be more careful when on Earth, because if Mr. Crocker is making friends in other universes, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time that I may need to use the Red Alert. For Mr. Crocker, speaks a lot about us to HER! [Points his wand again, zapping the air and making a picture of Kazuha] If anyone recalls from an episode of the Mr. Crocker Show, she is the one who fell off the rooftop while helping him look for Fairy World. So, I urge you all to be careful around the both of them! DISMISSED!
Third Person: "Present wands! About, face!" Jorgen Von Strangle, toughest fairy in the universe, was marching down in his army towards the smaller, weaker, younger fairies. He had to make sure they were all in tip top shape. Passing each Fairy Godparent, as Von Strangle took time to breath in the looks on all the puny fairies faces. His large muscular hands clutched tightly together behind his back. Suddenly, he comes to a halt. His brow straightened even more, as Von Strangle stared at his failure to Fairy World in those dopey green eyes. “You half – wit! Get your wand out of your nose, RIGHT NOW!” Screaming at the top of his lungs, extending his head towards the smaller fairy as his veins popped in both his eyes and neck. Cosmo Cosma was one of the fairies that, Jorgen Von Strangle would like to beat into fairy dust. However, the commander restrains his want to do this. For as much as he may hate Cosmo, Wanda and Turner, they where his friends. His vacant expression remaining on his face as he watches Cosmo pull his wand out of his nose. "THAT’S DISGUISTING!" Screaming at the top of his lungs again. "If you fairies want to stay in shape, you will take better care of your wands.” Still questioning himself why, he even gave Cosmo a wand in the first place. Truthfully, he couldn’t wait to take a nice relaxing bath, but first things first.
Mmmm [Jorgen’s eyes shift side to side, with a finger to the tip of his chin in question]
What is this? It appears to be an online doorway to many other universes. Who could be responsible for taking my computer to this?
[Yelling at the top of his lungs] COSMO! [Eyes become blood shot, and neck is veined]
Hm, no matter I shall deal with him soon and use him to flex my awesome biceps!
[Flexes one of his arms, as Jorgen stares at his own biceps]

Everyone knows bears are manlier but first, I should ponder if this is how those other people that are on, The Mr. Crocker Show, who are not from our universe have been coming here and listening to what that demented teacher says about us!
