Character Notes:
« Micah's ability is technopathy. He's able to communicate with all computers and machines.
« Micah's given himself the alias of Rebel. It's what he'll be going by on the network, until he gets to know people better.
« Micah's entire goal on the network is going to be talking sense into people, and stalking the Heroes cast, Sylar in particular.
« He can be pretty self-righteous and condescending to others, adults in particular. He feels that most every adult is a total dumbass, and that no one knows how to take care of themselves. He's pretty pedantic at times, and a lot of what he talks about and is interested in goes over the age of his peers. Needless to say, Micah doesn't have a ton of friends. So he spends a lot of time in the company of computers.
« His favorite thing in the entire world? Comic Books. He loves superheroes, which is pretty funny since playing superhero got both of his parents killed. But he's a little trooper.
« Micah's currently going through what we like to call puberty, and he's getting in his big boy voice. Until it fully comes in, he's stuck sounding like a loser. It may be why he prefers to hide under the name of Rebel and only communicate through texting or instant messaging.

« Micah is bi-racial. His mother, Niki, is Caucasian and his father D.L. is Black. He was a cute baby, a cute little kid, and now he's a cute teenager. Even if his hair is out of control and he could use a good haircut.
« His father went to prison when he was young, after he took the blame for a murder that his mother was being charged with. This is actually the high note in Micah's history.
« After his father went away to prison, his mother had to make ends meet by being a cyber camwhore. This left Micah with a lot of free time by himself after school, which he spent in the company of computers. It also left him with a strong hatred of men who look at porn online or treat women as objects. Oh, and his mom's "power" is to have a split personality named Jessica. Jessica's an extremely strong person who has PMS and a psychological disorder that makes her hate the world all of the time. After living with Jessica for a while, Micah has learned his way around talking to crazy women. He knows how to handle them well, okay.
« Micah's ability of technopathy developed at a young age, which enables him to communicate with machines. He's able to hack into almost anything, get ATMs to give him as much money as he wants, get red lights to turn green, falsify records, override security systems, and do just about anything that's computer or machine related. Despite the fact that his ability is lame compared to everyone who can fly or shoot fire, Micah's technopathy really enables him to become amazingly rich and have a lot of firepower on his side, which essentially makes him more powerful than most of the other Heroes.
« To condense all of his season one history into one point, Micah is kidnapped a lot and passed around from person to person. First his mother drops him off with some lady he barely knows while she goes off to find out whether or not she killed someone, then his father shows up after leaving jail and takes Micah away from his mother. The family eventually gets back together and are only reunited for a short time, and that gives him a little bit of hope. Then he's kidnapped by Linderman and is held captive in a pretty fancy ass hotel, which makes him sadface because he honestly believes after this point that he's never going to have a relatively stable home life again. Not that he's had one in a long while, but at least when his mom was a camwhore, he was able to go to school and play on his computer every day. But before things totally go to shit, both of his parents show up and save him, and he watches his mom kick Sylar's ass with a parking meter. Life is good after that! He gets to go home with his family! His mom stops being a camwhore!
« His season two history is even more depressing, and involves being abandoned in New Orleans by his mother directly after the death of his father. How did his father die, you ask? Well, split personality Jessica decided to come out once again, and instead of being a camwhore, she decided to be a "dancer" in Vegas. D.L. goes to retriever her, where he's shot and killed. Yeah. This is Micah's life. Anyways, after being abandoned with his Nana and cousins in New Orleans, Micah is picked on and stolen from by his fatass and loudmouthed cousin Damon. His older cousin Monica is nice to him, though, and watches out for him. The two even play the piano together, and it is revealed here that Micah has somehow become a prodigy at the piano, despite being raised by two people who were unfit to ever have children in the first place. Micah's just a savant, apparently, since his breeding shows no inkling as to how he could ever develop these skills. So over the course of the season, Micah helps Monica develop her ability, and his mother comes back and reveals she has a virus. So Micah's life sucks even more, especially after Damon steals a prized possession of his father's, and said possession ends up in an abandoned warehouse with Monica. Niki and Micah go to rescue Monica and Micah's prized possession, and in the process, the building sets on fire and predictably... Niki dies. So in the course of a year, Micah is orphaned. Lucky him.

« Since the writers are dicks, Micah never showed up in season four. And since they got themselves canceled, we'll never see him again. Which is sad, because he's the only one on the show with a brain.
Personality: Micah is your typical twelve year old boy, in the fact that he loves video games, computers, and comic books. He loves his parents dearly, and is in that phase of his life where he's in between childhood and becoming a teenager. He is a very curious little thing, and is always questioning the way things work and society itself. He knows a lot more about life than he lets on, and a great deal more than other kids his age do. He is incredibly mature for his age, and is usually the one that takes care of others. He's had to grow up with a dad that was in jail, and a mom that had multiple personalities and earned money by killing people or showing off her body over a webcam. He knows life isn't fair, and doesn't expect it to be, but he's still young enough to believe that if he was a hero or stronger he could change things.
He doesn't always see things in black and white, although he often does revert back to archetypes that he sees in his comic books and games, such as good versus evil. He is highly intelligent, and is in advanced classes at school, due to the fact he'd get quickly bored and neglect classwork in his regular level classes. He is gifted with the ability of technopathy, meaning he can communicate with machines. He can speak to them, even, and uses that fact to his advantage. He can get as much money as he wants from ATMs, and can get computers do to whatever he wants. Because of this, Micah is very much so an expert hacker. He can get into any information, anywhere, unless there is someone who has super-mega-ultra-highly encrypted something. And even then, he could probably get into it with a lot of hard work. But just because he can hack doesn't mean he will, since he was raised to have manners and is a very polite little thing.
He is very independent, and is used to doing things for himself, and being at home alone for days at a time. He knows how to cook and clean, and lie to adults who question him. He had to lie a lot growing up, so he wouldn't be taken away from his mom. But now that both of his parents are dead, Micah's a slightly depressed little guy who just wants a fresh start at life. Family was the most important thing to him, and now that his family is gone and he's an orphan, he doesn't see any reason to stick around with his extended family. He's tired of his cousin Damon and just wants to do his own thing. He figures he's pretty grown up now, and truth be told, he actually is a lot more ready to be out on his own than most any adult that you'll meet. He's young so he can still be easily manipulated at times, but he is very self-reliant and mature, two very valuable skills since he's been out living out on his own.

« Micah may have a slight crush on Claire Bennet. This leads him to be protective of her, but it doesn't stop him from thinking she's an idiot. But he wants to fix her and make her a decent human being, so he's not ready to give up on her yet. I'd like to provide picture evidence to back this up:
« Micah is Sylar's only friend. They even had a sleepover, but then Sylar had to go and ruin it by talking to himself and being crazy.

« Micah dreams of one day getting to not have to live in constant fear of being arrested, and of a day when he can have a family again. Until then, he lives by himself, eats hungry man frozen dinners late at night, and watches CNN until three in the morning.

This would normally be where someone introduces themselves and tries to make friends with the masses, but I don't really have that much time on my hands. I'm looking for Claire Bennet and a man that calls himself Sylar. Claire probably is spending her time on shopping websites or forums telling everyone about her hard life, and Sylar is most likely frequenting anywhere free porn is served up. If you talk to either of them, be sure to let them know that Rebel is looking for them.
I'd say that it's important, but it really wouldn't matter to either of them.
Oh, and a word of advice to anyone who can see this? You people really need to learn to better hide your personal information. People can find anything over the right connection, you know.
Micah Sanders « Heroes « DONE!
Micah didn't like having to lie to people, but it was something that he was used to. A little lie to his mother each morning, to tell her to not worry about him, that he wasn't being picked on at school. That was a lie, and he was pretty sure she knew it, but hearing her son say that he was doing okay must have made her realize it wasn't a big deal. Even though it was, and he had to eat lunch in the bathroom each day to avoid the bullies that liked to pick on him. It wasn't the same until his mom made it able for him to go to a private school, and even though that didn't last very long because they had to go on the run, Micah had enjoyed his time there. No one got onto him for having dirty clothes, or packing weird lunches because he didn't have normal food at his house. Everyone at the private school was equally weird in their own way, from the things that they liked, to the fact that some of them even talked to themselves in between classes.
Lying to his teachers was never a problem, since Micah didn't let himself get very attached to any of them. He had moved a lot growing up, and usually went through three or four schools a year, so he never let himself actually get to like any of his teachers. He respected all of them, of course, and was always polite, but he had no problem lying to them. Of course his mom was alright, and he was just fine. No, he wasn't ever home alone, he was too young for that!
Eventually, he had even been able to lie to himself, and honestly believed that things would be okay. His dad would get out of jail, his mom would stop letting Jessica take over so much, and she'd stop doing those dirty things over the internet. Niki was his mom, and his dad's wife. No one else needed to see her doing those kinds of things. He told himself all of the time that he'd only have to keep stealing money from ATMs long enough for his family to get back together, and get somewhere safe. Only that never happened. His dad went to go get Jessica back, but didn't make it back home alive. His mom was buried only a few months later. At least they were together now, side by side in the ground. Micah wouldn't ever see them again.
But he had gotten good at lying, especially to himself; and as he packed his backpack filled with his favorite belongings, he told himself that Monica and Damon wouldn't miss him, and that his grandmother would be better off without one more mouth to feed. Things were still rough in New Orleans after the hurricane, and even though they tried not to show it, Micah was dead weight. He had even stopped doing well in school. But things would be better, he knew, once he got away and found somewhere new. It'd be easy to make everyone believe he had a parent with him, that he was just a kid who was given too much freedom to do the things he wanted.
And because he knew that, it was easy to lie and say that he possibly had a chance for a happy ending after all.
