The answer is simple. ⎯We find them both! Well... I only need the one book, of course... However, possessing both guarantees that our names won't be written. Once we've accomplished that, everything else is going to seem easy. There won't be anyone left to stand in my way. ⎯Not Kira... Not the Police Force. (Not even you, Near.) Once we obtain the murder notebooks, there won't be an investigation. This city, no, the world is going to be mine for the taking. ...But, in order for that to happen, I'm going to need a little outside "help".

I'm not worried about the fallout. No cost is too great, understand?

We're sorry, but this application has been rejected. We're not getting a strong sense of the character's voice. The problem may be compounded by the frequent use of emphasis and ellipses, as they are somewhat distracting from the flow of the sample.
