[[ Note: I went ahead and just went with a straight - 1st person sample, written, not a video/dictation or anything. If you were looking for another video type post for him, please just let me know. I assumed that you were looking for more of his voice, but I realize that the format of the game doesn't always allow for this sort of rambling on and on. ;D ]]

-------

I'm not going to surprise anyone by saying that I'm stubborn. I am the sort of man that plants his feet firmly in the ground and it takes a lot to make me step away from something I think is the right choice. It goes without saying that because of this tendency I do often have a lot of things that I wish I had done differently. Hindsight is always going to give me a better perspective on something I've done and there's never going to be a chance to do it over. There are moments that you can look back on, though, and use them to make a difference in your future. You can learn from your mistakes, and push forward with whatever new-found knowledge you have.

I'm not saying I don't have regrets though, because I do. All those moments I wish I could do over again are among the many regrets I've had. Those moments where I think if I had said no or said yes instead, I could've changed any number of things.

Maybe that's the problem I have with regret, it makes you wonder what could've happened. In my life there is already too much put at chance, too many risks taken because of what might happen... or what is supposed to happen. Words like destiny and fated to happen get thrown around and it's any wonder why the world is filled of people wishing they had done something different. Regret means you want change and wish there was an easy way out of it all, if only you could just take it back, or do it again. Regret can also mean that it's not over though, and I think that's the part we forget. We're all so busy looking back to find that one moment where it all changed, where one thing started the mistake... that we forget that there's nothing more that can happen with what's done.

We should all try to focus more on how we're going to try and not have any more regrets in the future, how we're going to learn from those mistakes and heal the wounds we've caused. It's not simple, and I've never taken a stance that it's going to be easy, but it is something we're capable of.

You got it exactly right! Samples like this are probably the best way to show you know the character, even if in-game they might not ramble that much. :)
