-Quorra appears next when Kevin Flynn’s son Sam warps himself into the Grid and gets landed in the Games. She pulls him out of the Lightcycle arena and takes him to chill with his dad. A very awkward moment ensues.
-Sam wants to go save the Grid and get back to the Portal before it closes. Quorra wants him to listen to his dad, but eventually agrees and gives him a magical piece of metal which somehow should lead him to Zuse.
-Zuse ends up being a backstabber and betrays Sam :(
-Flynn and Quorra show up to save him and fight off all these baddies. In the conflict, Quorra’s arm is sliced off and she pretty much goes into a coma.
-Flynn tells Sam Quorra’s the last ISO and fixes her arm. They jump on a Solar Sailer to the Portal. Quorra wakes up and her and Sam talk for a while until Flynn points out that the Solar Sailer is clearly not leading them the right way. They end up in this weird factory for reprogramming Programs into baddies, which is what Clu’s been doing this whole time. He wants to get into the Real World and try to perfect it. He gives basically the same speech that Kevin Flynn does at the beginning of the movie.
-Quorra decides to “take herself out of the equation” and turns herself in to the baddies. Apparently this is to help Sam and Flynn. She gives them her disk and is captured by Rinzler, who Flynn realizes is a reprogrammed Tron.
-Quorra’s about to be derezzed, when Sam shows up and saves her. They jump out the window and meet Flynn on the flight deck, where they take off in a jet that turns blue to remind the entire world that it is now being piloted by the good guys.
-Clu’s Black Guards chase after them. They are all shot down by Sam and Quorra’s awesome jet flying-ness. Flynn just sits there.
-Tron decides he’s a good guy again and attacks Clu. It doesn’t really work too great, though. Tron falls into the Sea of Simulation and turns blue again instead of orange, and Clu manages to beat Flynn, Sam, and Quorra to the Portal.
-Quorra and Sam go to the Portal while Flynn holds Clu off. Flynn’s awesome User powers reintegrate Clu and everything explodes.
-Quorra and Sam ride off into the sunrise on a motorcycle.
Unlike Programs, Quorra has no definite function. Her only real purpose is to learn and to develop, which is also an ability unique to ISOs. She's incredibly curious and has a deep desire to learn about the User world and eventually become a part of it. Everything she learns from Flynn only increases this desire. It's a world that's so very unique and unlike her own. She wants to know everything there is to know, which keeps her asking questions almost constantly.
She's typically very vivacious and lively, with a touch of cockiness She's a great pilot and she's not going to be modest about it. She has abilities unlike any Program, and with Flynn constantly reminding her of this, it does help both her self-esteem and her ego. Quorra doesn't see anything wrong with showing off what she can do.
She's also got a little bit of a dark side. Quorra is very aggressive and passionate about what she does and what has been done to her. She holds a deep hatred towards Clu for essentially ruining her life and the entire Grid. While she usually keeps it under control, she occasionally has violent outbursts, but normally only when she's alone. She respects Flynn beyond anyone else and doesn't want to upset him with how she's really feeling.
There's definitely a part of her that's scared and lonely. She's the last of her kind and sometimes that can get to her. While she wants to rip Clu limb from limb, she also harbors a great fear of deresolution, which is essentially death in the Grid. She's very well aware that any attempt she could make to take Clu down puts her in danger of being eliminated, and that scares her. As the last of her kind, she feels a responsibility to the Grid and especially to Flynn to stay alive.
Another side of Quorra that usually stays beneath the surface is her feelings about living with the Creator. While she has immense faith in Flynn's ability to put things right, sometimes she gets impatient with his techniques of doing absolutely nothing. She's not nearly as patient, and desperately wants to stop Clu from making things even worse than they are. But, as afore stated, she neither wants to disappoint Flynn or get herself killed.
I play my Quorra just after Evolution ends and before Legacy begins, so she's still adjusting to life with Flynn. She feels heavily responsible for Anon's death and can get very nostalgic of how things were in "the good old cycles". It's not uncommon for her to get outside, look down at Tron City, and think. She needs her isolation and her me-time, particularly when Flynn's just sitting there meditating. That can creep her out sometimes.

Since the Creator saved me, he has been teaching me many things. He speaks often of his son, Sam. I can't seem to completely understand the concept of family. They have some kind of very close connection, stronger than any I know of between Programs. Flynn, as he likes me to call him, tried to explain that Users create other Users, but wouldn't tell me exactly how it happens. That was a little frustrating. Although I can't comprehend the novelty of family, Flynn says he is very pleased with my progress. He often comments on my capability to learn. My abilities never fail to fascinate him, though I am no different from any others of my kind. I think I am beginning to see why Clu has executed all the other ISOs. I can see how the Grid should be and what could be done to improve on it. Whatever it is that Clu is doing doesn't sit well with my programming. It feels wrong, and Flynn often has to remind me that I simply cannot drive into the city and demand Clu put everything right. If this is how only one of me can feel, how strongly would the entire population of ISOs have reacted? There would be revolution, an idea which excites me beyond anything else. Flynn counsels patience, however, and he has shown wisdom in everything else. It would be foolish to go against what he has asked, especially as he is only concerned for my safety.
Third Person: Quorra stared numbly at the sparkling remnants of the Program that had risked everything to protect her. She knew Flynn had reprogrammed Anon with the sole intent of keeping her safe, but she never expected this to happen. With a consious effort, she dragged her eyes away from the data cubes to look around her. What little hope she had left faded away almost instantly. The rocky barren surroundings could only be the Wasteland, far from anyone that could possibly assist her in any way.
It was too late anyway. Quorra's hope was gone and her systems were already beginning to shut down from sheer exhaustion. She fell slowly to her knees, leaned forward with her hands splayed out in front of her. Her arms quaked with the effort it was taking to keep herself up, and a moment later her elbows gave out. Her body folded gracefully to the ground.
Programs like Anon and Zuse had given up everything to keep the last ISO safe and alive. But now? Now it would seem all their sacrifices were in vain. Quorra's fingers scraped at the rocky ground pointlessly and she took in a slow, deep breath. It was over. Tron and Anon were both dead, and she would be soon to follow. Zuse would be of no further assistance. He was too fond of himself to risk it now. As for Flynn...Quorra didn't have high hopes. He'd ran while Tron had fought. She didn't doubt that he had run away again. The ISOs were gone and Clu ruled with an iron fist. The Grid was doomed.
With what was left of her energy, Quorra rolled over onto her back and fumbled at the strip of cloth on her arm. She finally tugged it free, revealing the glowing blue mark on her skin. She sighed, letting her eyes drift shut as she waited for the end.
“Quorra.”
That voice, that amazingly familiar, strong, comforting voice. It was music to Quorra's ears. Her eyes flickered open, and she beheld him. He stood above her, looking majestic and wonderous, wearing a gentle smile.
“The Creator,” she whispered, a weak smile crossing her face. For the first time she truly understood why other Programs respected him the way he did. He made her feel safer than she had since the disappearence of Jalen. Quorra knew, without knowing how she knew, that he would protect her.
Flynn bent down and lifted her gently up into his arms. His body was warm, and she could hear that strange thumping in his chest. She would have to remember to ask him about that later, but for now, she would just bask in the knowledge that she was safe. She was the last of the ISOs, a race that it seemed only the Creator alone had seen as a “miracle”, and she believed now with all of her being that together they could make things right, the Creator and the last ISO.
I want to leave. I can't stand this waiting much longer. Flynn tells me to be patient, but I can't. Not anymore. It's been nearly a hundred cycles and still we have done nothing. Clu has wiped out my people and turned all the Basics left against both myself and their own Creator. And what has Flynn done to stop him and help the Grid? Nothing! We do nothing.
I'm going back to the Games. I don't care what Flynn says. His odd “Zen” ways simply don't sit right with me and I have to do something. If I can get into the Games and defeat Rinzler, then tradition dictates Clu has to present me as champion. No, not if. When. I know I can. Then I can take my chance and destroy Clu.
I know what Flynn will tell me. That it's reckless and I need to wait. That Clu is bound to be planning something. But what if he isn't? What if I can take him by surprise and get rid of him? Then Flynn and I can put the Grid back to the way it's meant to be. He's the Creator. I know he can fix it. But if he won't make the effort, then I will.
