Just as a sidenote, this is a little thing but it bugged me. In your first-person sample, you wrote: "While you can't see his eyes you can feel them burrowing into you. There is a silence before he begins to speak."
TBH, this is a subtle kind of godmodding. Just be cautious that you aren't specifying for other characters how they feel. Especially since Mewtwo has such powerful telepathic abilities, you don't want to cross the line unintentionally.

Edit, upon further reflection: To clarify, the personality section is the most important part of the application, as outlined in the application explanation post. If you could please re-read that post and flesh out the personality, that would be appreciated. In particular, I need to understand the differences between Axel and Lea in order to properly evaluate your samples.

Recently, the mods have received a complaint regarding your play of Kurama. The complaint centred around your general lack of activity, and a tendency not to ever interact with castmates, to the point where castmates and potential castmates feel unwelcome. The player stated that this complete lack of interaction with castmates has caused Kurama to come off OOCly, since he's so out of touch. The mods hadn't yet had an opportunity to talk to you about the complaint before Kurama failed activity check.
Due to the seriousness of the complaint, we've made the decision to review your app with a more stringent eye, as if you were a new player apping into the game, whereas normally with re-apps we would pretty much auto-approve it.
I'm going to ask you to revise your history, to include what portions of canon you've played through at DDD, since there really isn't much here. I'd also like to see in your personality a section indicating what changes Kurama has gone through due to the amount of time he's spent in the game.
Also, if these are re-used samples, please provide new samples.

History: Shiho Miyano was born to Atsushi Miyano, a scientist, and Elena Miyano. She also had an older sister named Akemi Miyano. Their parents died when Shiho was a young child, leaving her with her elder sister.
That was their public life. In truth, Doctor and Elena Miyano were scientists for an evil organization known as The Black Organization, or Black Org for short. They raised their daughters in the organization as well until they died. Shiho was considered a prodigy and was sent to the United States for her schooling, then returned as a biochemist and started working for the Black Org. Since members of the Black Org in Detective Conan have code names based on alcohol, Shiho’s code name was Sherry.
Sherry is the scientist who developed the Apotoxin poison that was used with the intent to kill Kudo Shinichi, which instead shrank him to his current size. She was also a member of the two investigations that were conducted after Shinichi’s body was never found. She came to suspect that Shinichi wasn’t dead when she found that all his clothing from his childhood was missing. She however reported to the Org that he was in fact dead so they would no longer search for him.
At some point during this time, her elder sister Akemi agreed to do a mission for the Org in exchange for finally obtaining freedom from it for herself and Sherry. She completed the mission, but was betrayed by two other members, Vodka and Gin, and was killed. This event, which she openly questioned, as well as her disapproval of her research being used for murder, caused her to be imprisoned and scheduled for execution by the Org. Seeing no other way out for herself, she attempted suicide using a sample of the Apotoxin she had secretly kept on herself. Instead of dying, however, she also shrunk as Shinichi did. She easily escaped (Which she probably could have done anyway since they only cuffed one hand) and attempted to make her way to the only person she thought could empathize with her newfound situation: Kudo Shinichi. Before she could find him, however, she collapsed in front of his house, where she was found by Shinichi’s next-door neighbor, Professor Agasa.
The professor chose the name Haibara Ai for her childhood alias and she enrolled in Teitan Elementary, the same school Edogawa Conan and the other Shounen Tantei attend. She is now a member of the Shounen Tantei herself and is working to find a cure for the Apotoxin so she and Shinichi can regain their correct ages.
Personality: Haibara is a sarcastic, mostly distrustful person, though she does have an honorable side. She also seems fatalistic and cynical, often saying very morbid things in front of Conan, and sometimes the Shounen Tantei. She is closed off, often only talking about herself or her history when prompted by the others, rarely if ever just offering it. She is comfortable around Conan, but keeps most people at arm’s length, possibly out of fear of either her getting hurt or others getting hurt because of her.
She is very fond of animals, though dogs are the ones she is most attracted to. They really are the things she shows her softer side to most often, because it does exist.
Other: In keeping with her keeping distance between herself and others, she tends to speak to people using their last names, and they speak to her using her last name as well. The only exceptions to this are Professor Agasa, who calls her “Ai-kun” and Yoshida Ayumi, who calls her “Ai-chan.” Everyone else calls her “Haibara-san.” Depending on if she’s alone or around others, she will call Conan “Edogawa-kun” or “Kudo-kun.”
Her age is assumed to be eighteen, but she has never confirmed her age, claiming to both be eighty-four and eighteen, but both times she said she was kidding.
Due to events in DDD, Haibara does not trust Conan as much as she used to, as his withholding information from her, jeopardizing his own identity and thus hers as well, and other such things were too much for her to be willing to tolerate. Also due to events during one of the Family Viruses, she has become fond of Kamina, who she looks at like another father and has granted the use of her first name.
When her trust in Conan was broken, she moved out of Professor Agasa’s home and into Hakuba Saguru’s, her cousin. After accidentally blowing up her lab, she went on to stay for a bit with Ezio Auditore, a friend of Kamina’s, while it is being rebuilt.

First Person (entry type):
I knew that Renaissance Italy was behind scientifically. But knowing something academically is vastly different from experiencing it. And I should have known that as well. The doctors here still use leeches!
Auditore’s family is… nice. Nicer than expected. They accepted me very easily, especially the youngest brother. I like him. His sister is letting me borrow some clothes of hers from when she was a child until we can have ones made. I am “woefully out of fashion,” she says.
I have been watching Auditore and his older brother climb the nearby buildings and I am convinced that I could do it as well if I wasn’t stuck wearing this skirt. Maybe I’ll sneak out one day and find a pair of pants that will fit me.
…I miss my dog. And community, remind me that altering the course of history by introducing them to the germ theory just a bit early would be a bad idea?
Third Person:
She had been on the community for years now, having birthdays and finding family. She sometimes lost that family, like Naoto Shirogane. Sometimes she wondered how “Naoto-nii” was doing, but it wasn’t as often as it once was. It had been over a year since she lost contact, after all. She still had Cousin Saguru and found Papa Kamina, so that was enough for her.
She was also slowly becoming used to her new body, her new age. She didn’t know if that was the community’s doing, or simply the three years she had spent as Haibara Ai instead of Miyano Shiho, but she couldn’t say it bothered her as much as it once did. Perhaps that should have bothered her.
The thing that never went away though, never was very far from her mind, were the memories of Vermouth being on the community, of Conan hiding information from her and risking everything by not being careful. Which was why, when she blew up her laboratory, she decided she could escape all that, escape the constant risk of being found and killed. The community had world hops. She had friends in different worlds she could stay with for a time. So when Ezio Auditore offered his home for a time, and then Kamina offered his as well, she leapt at the chance and was now living in Italy.
Renaissance era Italy. With plague doctors wearing masks stuffed with herbs to keep illness away and reliance on the humors to treat illnesses. But it was also the era of Leonardo da Vinci, before his Vetruvian Man drawing. And that, even with the lack of scientific advancement, combined with the sheer freedom she felt, that made relocating so very much worth it.

While there isn't a minimum word count for it, we would like to see a more substantial personality section! Although you've given us a good idea of how Haibara acts, we'd like a more in-depth description of her motivations and her internalised personality (how does she feel about her past or her present?) as well as any noticeable changes or developments her personality may have undergone during her time in the game, e.g. have the Family Virus or the friends she has made on the community caused her to become a little more open, etc.?

History:
This history concentrates on the anime version as that's where I'll be taking Hunny (his nickname aka Honey) from.
Hunny is a member of the Ouran High School Host Club - a club that pampers young ladies (and occassionally gentlemen) from the same school by keeping them company and entertaining them, sometimes in mock-romantic ways. In Hunny's case this usually just means eating cake and being adorably cute.
Ouran focuses mainly on Haruhi - the girl who stumbles by accident into the Host Club and becomes one of them - so Hunny is a supporting character, mostly in the background but he does have a couple of episodes where the focus is more on him, usually along with his cousin Takashi Morinozuka. As mentioned, his family - the Haninozukas - are rich and very respected as master martial artists and it was thought that Hunny would follow in the family footsteps as the head of the family and so he was brought up to be tough and manly. But he was unhappy this way, stifling his love of cakes and cute things. Host Club founder Tamaki convinced him that he could be himself and enjoy what he loved by joining the Host Club.
The Hunny-centric episodes focus on a time Hunny had a cavity and couldn't eat any sweets. The others had to stop him eating anything that would aggravate the tooth more and Hunny was furious for much of the episode. The other ep centered around him and Chika and the few martial arts rivalry matches they have when they meet - Hunny proving triumphant in the end.
Day to day activities of the Club are covered in most other episodes with much general wackiness.

He carries with him a pink toy rabbit named Bun-Bun which his grandmother made and he is rarely seen without it clutched in his arms or at least nearby.
He generally has a cheerful personality - unless he's crossed or is mad, where he can scare people with just a look. Beware waking him up! Hunny can be very emotional - ranging from the aformentioned anger or enthusiasm for cake to crying easily if something doesn't go right or if somebody else is sad. He also gets jealous if it seems somebody is taking his place or role in the club. He can be a litle manipulative when this happens - such as dressing in things to make him appear even cuter so he'll keep the attention. In general, though, he is bouncy and happy.
He has a tendancy to shorten most people's names - probably to make them cuter. Or to call them by the more familiar Japanese terms (e.g. Haruhi = Haru-chan). The exception is Mori - both of them use each other's full first names.
He's smarter and more thoughtful than he acts. He must be fairly observant as he was one of the first to notice Haruhi was a girl, not a boy. He does well at school and cares for people - although if you make him choose between something and cakes, he'll likely choose the cake.

You see, Tama-chan is all gloomy in the corner because Haru-chan is super busy with schoolwork and hasn't been around so much and Takashi and I were thinking we should put on a fun party with lots of cake to cheer him up! Isn't that a good idea? I think it is. So what do we need from you?
Everybody should bake a cake! Because you can never have too many cakes and it's a party! If you can't make cakes then maybe some sticky toffee or blow up some balloons 'cause we'll need them too!
Okay? Okay! So leave me a message here and I'll pick up all the cakes next week!
Third Person:
There was a small crowd of admiring girls sitting around a small table and all looking starry-eyed at one small boy with a huge cake, a spoon and a pink stuffed rabbit. Hunny barely noticed them and their sighs and squeals whenever he did something cute. He was focused partly on the angel cake - which was filled with cream and lined with strawberries stuck into the icing - and partly his attention was on his toy bunny, Bun-Bun. His two favourite things in the world. He grinned at Bun-Bun, stuck the spoon into the side of the cake and scooped out a large slice. He pressed it to the bunny's face then gobbled up the rest in a flash.
"Mmm, isn't that good?" He spoke aloud, but seemingly more for the toy's benefit rather than the observing girls. "Want some more, Bun-Bun? Yes? Okay then!" And another mouthful disappeared. He savoured it. He could never get sick of cake. The thought of a world without cake suddenly popped into his head and imagining it his lip trembled and his eyes welled up with tears. It was a terrible thought! Then his eye caught the cake before him again and he brightened. "But we still have this cake, don't we! Yay!" The imagined crisis is swiftly averted...

This history concentrates on the anime version as that's where I'll be taking Hunny (his nickname aka Honey) from.
Hunny is a member of the Ouran High School Host Club - a club that pampers young ladies (and occassionally gentlemen) from the same school by keeping them company and entertaining them, sometimes in mock-romantic ways. In Hunny's case this usually just means eating cake and being adorably cute.
Ouran focuses mainly on Haruhi - the girl who stumbles by accident into the Host Club and becomes one of them - so Hunny is a supporting character, mostly in the background but he does have a couple of episodes where the focus is more on him, usually along with his cousin Takashi Morinozuka. Personality: Haibara is a sarcastic, mostly distrustful person, though she does have an honorable side. She also seems fatalistic and cynical, often saying very morbid things in front of Conan, and sometimes the Shounen Tantei. She is closed off, often only talking about herself or her history when prompted by the others, rarely if ever just offering it. She is comfortable around Conan, but keeps most people at arm’s length, possibly out of fear of either her getting hurt or others getting hurt because of her.
She is very fond of animals, though dogs are the ones she is most attracted to. They really are the things she shows her softer side to most often, because it does exist. She’s very attached to the dog that Hakuba Saguru gave her early into her time on the community, always smiling when she’s around.
After three years in the community and a few viruses/events (The Family Virus and the first Shadow Event in particular) she has opened up slightly, but not as much as some others. Meeting Hakuba and discovering he is her cousin was a key moment, as it told her that she wasn’t the last of her family. Meeting Naoto Shirogane and England also went a long way to helping, as was shown during the first Shadow Event, proving to her that people who had no stake in her world or situation were willing to help her and stay by her no matter what. This has made her open up some, the event itself forcing her to look at her life and her choices and making her realize that hiding forever isn’t an option. Mouri Ran’s behavior on the community during her time there could have undone everything that was accomplished to that point, given her canon closeness to the girl, but the changes stuck.
This went further during the Family Virus, letting her experience what a normal childhood was like, one that didn’t involve mysterious organizations with obscure goals. During that she became very close to Kamina, who the virus had cast in the father role. When the virus wore off and after a few weeks, she started calling him Papa, effectively letting go of the deaths of her own parents when she was a child the first time. All of this culminates in moving off world to stay with Ezio for a while, someone she technically barely knows but trusts because Kamina likes him. She also intends to stay with him through as much of Ezio’s canon as she can, simply because she understands losing (most of) your whole family in one swoop, something she would never have done before the community.
However, even after three years she still wishes that she could return to her normal body and lead what semblance of a normal life she can manage. She’s not in as much of a hurry to change this as she once was, having become used to her situation. She’s close to accepting this as her new normal.
