In Earth's final century (that would be the 22nd century, for those just tuning in), Morgan was a prominient financier. He earned his fortune with a diamond mining company which he expanded into a manufacturing and mining conglomerate powerhouse, making everything from soup to nuts for the rapidly collapsing governments of earth.

Hell, he ended up owning most of Russia when it won a war against the People's Republic of China, but collapsed from the cost during the peace. Morgan stepped in and bought out most of the civil functions, making Russia a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Industries.

This might explain HOW he was able to smuggle himself onto the Unity... but I'm getting ahead of myself.

Bottom line: Earth was screwed after ~~a Civilization II game where the Indian player was a bit too nuke-happy~~ the Twelve Minute War between Pakistan and India. Or America collapsing into a bunch of nation-states like the Evangelical Fire and the Spartan Federation and... or the famines, or the New freaking Crusade Wars.

The United Nations led Humanity's final hope, ~~the Russian player winning via Space Race~~ the Unity project. Earth's best minds were engaged in creating a huge colony ship, capable of traveling at a tenth the speed of light, rocketing towards the vaguely Terran planet Chiron in the Alpha Centauri system.

Nwabudike personally financed the project, publicly declaring it "humanity's last and greatest hope." When Russia collapsed, he lent his manufacturing empire to the cause.

Why was anyone surprised when an extra cryosleep chamber, containing one Nwabudike Morgan, was discovered onboard? Or that when the Unity got totally boned by a micrometeor impact, that he managed to convince 1/7th of the survivors to rally under his banner, promised unimaginable riches from his corporate empire?

He's managed to keep his end of the bargain so far. After all, Morgan is nothing if not an honest businessman.

As Crown Prince of Camelot Arthur has a lot of expectations placed on him and he places a lot on himself. He generally hides any uncertainties and fears he won't be good enough under a mask of cockiness and bravado.

Arthur idolises his father, King Uther, however in recent years they have clashed more than once over important issues especially in terms of how to tread the lower classes in Camelot and beyond.

Arthur is also close to his father's ward - Morgana, the two have a sibling-like relationship and love to tease each other, but when push come to shove Arthur will do anything (even disobey his father) to help her out.

A few months before his 21st birthday an out of towner by the name of Merlin saved him from an assassination attempt, and as a reward the King made the strange fellow Arthur's personal manservant. The two have a complex relationship which varies between friendship and relentless teasing. Whatever weirdness Merlin displays (and he displays it often) he's fiercely loyal to Arthur something which he deeply appreciates - no matter how many objects Arthur throws in Merlin's direction.

When it comes to romance Arthur's in a very precarious position, he is in love with Morgana's handmaiden - Guinevere and if the difference in class wasn't a big enough hurdle there is also the fact that his father had her father executed. Gwen doesn't seem to hold that against him, but ever practical she doesn't believe their relationship can possibly work. For his part, Arthur doesn't think it's fair to make her wait for the day when he will be King and can make whatever rules he likes. In the meantime the specter of an arranged marriage hangs over his head.

Arthur knows almost nothing about his mother because Uther refuses to talk about her, partly because of grief and partly because he is keeping a terrible secret (that is he asked a witch to use magic so Arthur could be concieved. The price for this magic was Ygraine's life - a price Uther apparently didn't know about and as a result magic of any kind is punishable by death in Camelot and just after Ygraine's death Uther instituted a Great Purge in which hundred of men, women and children were killed).

⚥ MASSIVE PLOT TWIST _{(no, not really)} MEDUSA IS NOT DEAD AW SNAP. Crona is forced to spy on Shibusen, and puts one of Medusa's snakes in Marie's tea, hastening Stein's descent into insanity.
⚥ Crona feels guilty and runs off and is found by Maka. Hugs ensue. Crona is once again saved by the power of ~~POSSIBLE OTPNESS~~ FRIENDSHIP.
⚥ Crona goes off with Marie to confront Medusa and rescue Stein. Crona is massively injured, almost dies, and then is only a background character for the rest of the series.

Everyone knows the classic story of Cinderella. Girl works as servant for her wicked step mother and step sisters. Step mother and sisters go to ball, forcing girl to stay at home with only mice as company. Fairy godmother comes to girl, magic up a ball gown, glass slippers, and carriage and coachmen from a pumpkin and mice. Girl goes to ball, meets Prince Charming, has to leave a midnight, loses a slipper, carriage turns back to pumpkin. Prince finds slipper, uses it to find girl, they marry and live happily ever after.
Well all that is true, up until the "Happily ever after" part. As it turns out, Cinderella was Prince Charming's third wife (the first being Snow White, and the second Briar Rose). He still couldn't keep it in his pants and Cindy ended up catching him with one of the servant wenches. By this time, the Adversary was starting to take over the Homelands, so Charming and Cindy escaped to one of the last fortresses for fables who wanted to leave the Homelands. Cindy agreed not to divorce him until they got to the Mundane world, thus insuring that he doesn't have to stay behind and fight.
Once in the mundane world, and divorced from the not so charming Prince Charming, she was recruited by Bigby (the Big Bad Wolf) to act as an off the records spy for Fabletown. For the next 200 plus years she spent her traveling the world, protecting Fabletown's interests, such as going after Southern spies during the Civil War, going behind enemy lines and facing Nazis during World War II, finding fellow fables who turn traitor and taking care of them, and interrogating captured wooden soldiers after the Battle of Fabletown.
When Bigby stepped down as sheriff, she started taking orders from Beast, and her duties expanded to being a diplomat to the Cloud Kingdom to help make preperations to bring down the Adversary in the Homelands. As a front, she owns a shoe store called the Glass Slipper Shoes.

History: One of the greatest military officer of the DOOP (Democratic Order Of Planets), Zapp Brannigan is the captain of the Nimbus BP-1729. He is held in great respect far and wide for his great achievements, even though most of these achievements involved him sacrificing many of his men. As a result, he is largely disliked by his own crew, including his second-in-command, Kif Kroker, whom Zapp often blames for any problem that may occur.

Zapp considered himself a ladies' man, but was unable to have sex with any woman for a long time until meeting Turanga Leela, the one-eyed captain of the Planet Express ship. Taking pity on the lonely Zapp, Leela slept with him, which proved a mistake, for Zapp has lusted after her ever since and never hesitates to remind her of their one-night stand whenever they meet, hoping that she will eventually come back to him.

Zapp was once discharged from the DOOP in disgrace when he destroyed it's new $400 billion headquarters by cutting the ribbon with the Nimbus' hyperdeath laser. However, he later saved the Neutral Planet from disaster (or so he claimed), and was reinstated as commanding officer.
Personality: Zapp is incredibly arrogant. He revels in his reputation and acts dismissively toward all he considers beneath him. He considers himself to be extremely attractive and romantic, as well as a brillaint military tactician. In fact, none of these beliefs about himself are true. Zapp is utterly clueless in the ways of romance, and most women find him a pompous, chauvinistic moron. His military tactics are nearly always pointless and have little to no true logic behind them.

Zapp's stupidity is further evidenced by his manner of speech. He is fond of using malpropisms, and metaphors that make no sense whatsoever. He also cannot pronounce many words properly, pronouncing silent letters in some and treating non-silent letters as if they were silent in others. His obsession with sex also makes it's way into many of his sentences, which often contain "sex", "sexy", or other variatons of the words, even ones that don't exist.

Zapp posseses an extremely chauvinistic attitude toward women. He treats beautiful women like objects, only good for sex and his personal amusement. He believes that women are incompetant on the battlefield and incapable of great thought; sentiments that are ironically true of himself and not of the women he directs them toward.

Despite all of his obvious shortcomings, Zapp is incapable of ever recognizing his own flaws, thanks in due part to his status as a hero to the government and general populace. Reasoning with him is pointless, as he brushes off all criticism, and can even redirect it toward the person giving it. Naturally, none who truly know Zapp Brannigan actually like him.
Other: Zapp Brannigan is the enforcer of Directive B10.8:1, also known as Brannigan's Law, which states that none may interfere with an underdeveloped planet.

Born in small town Japan, Ichigo grew up as a normal, run-of-the-mill kid…with one exception; the ability to see spirits.
For years he thought nothing of it, since it seemed to run in his family. His younger sisters Karin, and Yuzu both had nominal awareness, but an awareness that seemed to grow each year.
For the most part, he was a typical highschool student, and dealt with all the mundane issues that come with it.

It was actually mostly an accident, but the wild adventures that followed have since made him seriously wonder if, perhaps, fate might have had something to do with it? Either way, after that point his life became far stranger than he ever could have imagined, met and ha grown very close to a group of friends along the way, and is now becoming so embroiled in a war between two worlds that he doesn’t fully understand, that it is changing everything he thought he was.

He is trying to get a handle on the new changes in his life, and his abilities, namely trying to not only dominate, but tap into the power of his inner hollow more reliably, but the training he was going through in order to achieve that has thus far been difficult, and pushed his sense of self nearly to the breaking point.

* Born December 22nd, 1992, to parents coming from a long line of doctors. Seeing as they weren’t doctors themselves, they had strong inferiority complexes, which Fuuka often felt pressured by.
* Lived a very normal life until her Junior year in high school, when a group of girls bullied her and caused an accident that left her lost in Tartarus.
* Was rescued by SEES after she manifested her Persona and saved both the group and also Natsuki Moriyama, one of the girls who had initially bullied her. They later became friends.
* Moves into the Dorm after SEES offers her membership, eager to get away from her parents, and is almost immediately asked by Yukari Takeba for assistance.

Personality: Fuuka is painfully introverted and doesn’t do well in most kinds of social situations. She doesn’t speak out, and tends to be an easy target for bullying, because she just lets people walk all over her. Her shy and socially awkward nature makes it difficult for her to make friends, and her parents’ inferiority complexes push her further into her own loneliness. She doesn’t tend to whine or complain about it, however, because it’s more in her nature to just smile, shake her head, and say “I’m fine.”

Fuuka is definitely a people pleaser. She does her best to make the people she cares for happy and often forsakes herself. She believes that she has to repay debts that never really existed, she just perceived them because she felt guilty for having to worry them or trouble them. She doesn’t want to worry people under any circumstances, so she just tries to stay out of their way and be as self-sufficient as possible.

This people pleasing attitude stems straight from her caring and gentle nature. She wants nothing more than to see her loved ones happy and strives to stay connected to them, through any means possible. Despite being very unsure of herself and having low self-esteem, she always tries her hardest because she not only wants to help her friends in any possible way, she also is inspired by the amount of effort they put in. However, she often wonders in she’s really useful to anyone and constantly doubts her own ability.

Other:
-Fuuka takes up cooking because she sees it not only as a way to repay SEES for their kindness, but also as a more feminine hobby to contrast her own interests. However, much to her dismay, her cooking is horrendous.

-Fuuka takes a very great interest in machines and is an amazing computer hacker. It is thought that her hacking ability manifests from her desire to assist and stay connected to her friends. She is embarrassed about having such “masculine” interests.

-She tends to have sensory perception a little above that of a normal person. This comes from her Persona Lucia’s unique abilities. Lucia can detect and analyze the life energy emanating from all living things and (when she is summoned) gives Fuuka both telepathic and empathic abilities. These abilities only manifest very mildly in Fuuka when Lucia is not summoned.

History:

As the daughter of a railroad engineer, Rachel has a natural affinity for trains. Because of an incident when she was a child, however, her love is at war with deep-seated resentment towards the railroad industry, which wrongfully blamed her father for a horrific accident and eventually drove him to ruin. Rachel never pays for a ticket because of this, as her way of sticking it to the railroad companies, and instead, she rides the rails as a stowaway. By the time she boards the Flying Pussyfoot in 1931, her feelings haven't changed.

Rachel works as a freelancer for the Daily Days, a firm in the business of buying and selling information while working under the guise of a newspaper. On her way to the headquarters in New York, she hitches a ride on the Flying Pussyfoot and finds herself in the midst of a gang war. Three different factions (the Russo family; a group of bootleggers from Chicago; and the Lemures, a group of train robbers loyal to Huey Laforet) butt heads in the dining car over who gets to take the train hostage. During the commotion, Rachel manages to sneak through a window and takes refuge beneath the train cars. There, she witnesses the Rail Tracer, a legendary monster who kills train passengers), murdering some of the terrorists and a young boy. She's soon spotted by the monster, who crawls beside her under the train cars and whispers in her ear, prompting her to scramble away in terror.

Later, she takes on a more active role and ends up rescuing a few hostages (notably Natalie and Mary Beriam, the wife and daughter of Senator Manfred Beriam respectively), even breaking her leg in the process after kicking in a window.

When the events aboard the Flying Pussyfoot come to an end (with the majority of the passengers making him home safely, thankfully), Rachel finally reports to the Daily Days headquarters and informs the president of what happened, stating her belief that the Rail Tracer is a conductor based on what he whispered to her ("Ticket, please"). The president then reveals that the Rail Tracer is actually the conductor Claire Stanfield, the Gandor family's best assassin, also known as Vino, who's said to kill with his own sense of justice. Rachel is bewildered at that, recalling how Claire murdered the young boy on the train. In response, the president sends her out into the city, where she runs into Czeslaw and Ennis, the former of whom happens to be said young boy.

Rachel is obviously confused, but Czeslaw explains that he's an Immortal, unable to be killed no matter what damage is done to him. Their conversation is interrupted by Claire, however, at which point Czes flees in terror. Bemused by the boy's behavior but only for a moment, Claire tells Rachel that he came to talk to her. The two of them go to lunch, where Claire proceeds to ask Rachel for love advice.

During the last episode of the anime, it's shown that Senator Beriam had given Rachel a rather large sum of money as payment for rescuing his wife and daughter, although he practically threw it at her in a most disrespectful way. Offended, Rachel tried to return the money, but when she saw Mary Beriam smiling and waving at her, she didn't have the heart to confront the senator about it. Instead, she proceeded to use the whole amount to buy as many train tickets as possible, which she then threw away, obviously satisfied at paying her debt to the railroad industry.

There’s only one constant in France’s history: England. The only thing keeping this incredibly old nation going is mutual antagonism with him. Considering that their relations started with France invading and halfway mentoring him, it’s not entirely surprising. For good or ill, and usually ill, nobody affects France quite as hard. England has a bad habit for taking things France loves away, whether it be Jeanne d’Arc or almost all of Canada. To be fair, France would do the same if given the chance, and if you really pay attention to the American Revolution, may have already done so.

Of course, since helping out America nearly bankrupted him and directly lead to his revolution, we can safely file this away under “karma”. His revolution, the first of many, wasn’t glorious or beautiful or terrible or horrifying. It was all of those things and more. He took the ideals of the age around them and applied them to the point they started breaking under the weight. The stress nearly undid him completely, and it took years, even decades, for him to regain any sense of balance, of calm, of being France. And even then, there were more revolutions, more attempts to drastically change everything only to end up in almost the same place. Confound it all, he loves it though.

France was enamored with North Italy, and even pitched in raising him now and then, but he was always more of a big brother than anything else. For all the talk of Prussia, Spain, and France being the bad friends trio? Any hope of that went out the window around the time of Napoleon, and got even worse around 1871, when Prussia became Germany and went to war with our old friend France. France lost, and even then they were so embittered that they decided to shun France from the rest of Europe. Probably by spreading vicious, and absolutely true, rumors. Oh, and also that he should be hung up by his figgin.
